The gold mini paper clip bracelet is very pretty… but the links are very mini. I was expecting them to be a little bigger.

The Multicolored Tourmaline Bead Bracelet was made with teeny tiny beads - like a child's bracelet and the colors were not as represented on your site - they were much darker, so, not a nice looking bracelet.
The Italian 14kt Yellow Gold Bismark-Link Bracelet. 7" is fine, very delicate, however the clasp is too tiny which makes it very difficult to attach and detach. I'll probably have to have to have it changed out for a slightly larger one so this is really not a good deal.

We bought a 14k gold ring as a graduation gift for our daughter. Unfortunately, when we received it, the colors of the London and Sky Blue Topaz were nothing like the photos (instead of tonal blues shown in the photo, the actual gemstone colors are very dark and very light, almost black and white). We are in the process of returning the ring. Does not seem fair that we will be responsible for return shipping when the product was not as advertised; also, had we bought this through R-S' Amazon store, return shipping would be covered.

It was easy enough to use the website, but the ring I bought was cloudy and terrible looking. The diamonds looked worse than costume. I don't think I'll be trusting any more jewelry from here. Now I'm just waiting on my refund.

Wanted a gold (50th wedding anniversary) "Tree of Life", this had both white and yellow, and beautifully done, and 18k!

I received my earrings in a well wrapped package as expected. I was able to track the order so that I would be available to received the order and able to wear the earrings immediately. I am very pleased with the quality of the earrings. Now I need a matching necklace and I'll be all set.
