The necklace is beautiful. It's dainty yet the CZs are visible and clear. The chain is strong so far. It has an extension but I really don't like it. I didn't know that it had an extension. I bought it on sale but I think that the price is a bit high. Overall I'm happy with it.

Called customer service and they were wonderful - sent me a label to send it back and advsd once it is recd back they will send a replacment... that is all wonderful the only issue is now it will be another 2 weeks before this is all resolved
The clasp on this bracelet is very hard to use. It should have a lobster clasp but that's my fault for not realizing that the connection would be so small. I'm disappointed in the bracelet.
