I ordered an adjustable chain from Ross-Simons recently. It was my first order with Ross-Simons. I appreciated that the product listing contained all the relevant details (chain thickness, material, length, features). I've shopped on other sites that leave out important details, such as thickness. Shipping was prompt, and I received my chain without any issue. The chain is as described. I'd order again from Ross-Simons.
Very disappointed in the quality of the sapphire and diamond band ring.
I wanted 3 pairs of tiny 2 mm hoops. So I am assuming the 2mm in the description is the gauge of the metal. Sorry to give a lousy rating but now I'm back to looking else where again.

This is a beautiful ring. The stone did appear more pink on line, however, it is lovely.
I thought the pieces I ordered were a good value, and I liked the way they were packaged. It was a little hard to get a good sense of the size of the chain on the website, and I ended up returning one chain and one ring. I wish they had rings in half sizes, since they always seem to be too big or too small on my hand.

1 of the 4 frames was defective. Missing the metal part that changes the frame from stand up to hanging. Waiting for label to return the item. Would you say that warrants a really good review?! On top of that you are bomb barding me with emails every single day. Not happy!

Ordered sapphire studs for goddaughter with a personalized birthday message. Order arrived in a black nondescript box. Inside the box was a plastic glassine envelope containing the earrings in two identical 'drug-type' glassine envelopes. The 'additional cost' personalized message was printed in small font in the body of the 8x11.5 receipt. I have purchased earrings in the past both online and at physical locations. All earrings were in boxes with 'internal holders' and NEVER in glassine envelopes. Earrings were nice but the presentation/display sadly distracted from the entire experience.
All items are shipped in the Ross-Simons black presentation box, which features our logo on the outside. To ensure optimal protection during transit, many pieces are placed in plastic bags then placed in the velvet pouch inside the box. The jewelry can be removed from the plastic baggies for presentation in the provided box.
