The process of returning items is not easy. I had to call 3 times for someone to give me the correct information.

I've always had excellent experiences with Ross-Simons, and this order was no exception in terms of service and product quality. The earrings were beautiful and arrived quickly, but unfortunately, one was broken upon delivery. I'm currently in the process of exchanging the item, and I appreciate how smooth the support process has been so far. I gave 4 stars instead of 5—not to penalize Ross-Simons, but simply to reflect the hiccup with the product. Their consistent quality and customer service over time still make them one of my go-to jewelry sources. My wife is looking forward to receiving the replacement!

It was my sister's 65th birthday and I wanted to get her something special. I kept putting it off because I didn't know what to get. I found myself with only 2 days until her party. I decide to get her a jewelry set. I looked at a few places online, but nothing looked good enough or it wouldn't get to me on time. I looked at Ross-Simons and found some BEAUTIFUL TURQUOISE JEWELRY. I bought a ring, necklace and earrings. She loved it so much you would have thought I gave her a million dollars. I needed a pair of pure sterling silver earrings. The earrings I ordered have another type of metal which I'm allergic to. I'd like to return these earrings. Please provide me with return instructions.

My fault I didn't pay attention to the width and it was too thin for my diamond pendant. I was able to return it with no problem. Great customer service experience.

I had a pleasant experience and loved the jewelry I bought. It came in a timely manner also.

I just tore apart your catalog and dumped it in the trash after seeing page after page with Christian crosses or all sort, and Christmas decorations, but NOT ONE STAR OF DAVID, a beloved symbol for those of the Jewish faith.
Surely you know that Jewish people love and appreciate fine jewelry, certainly as much as those of the Christian and other faiths.
So the exclusion of Stars of David or other Jewish-related jewelry can only be intentional.
In this time of rising anti-Semitism, it is disgusting to see Ross & Simons exhibiting such discrimination. By the way, my grandparents -- both Jewish -- proudly carried the name of Simons, as did their ancestors. They would be appalled to see a company like yours carries their name.

Super hard to get in - requires another person. Once you get them in they are super uncomfortable and pinch the ear.

These are pretty earrings but they are so tiny. I didn't expect just how small they are. They're kid-sized. I kept dropping the backing because it's so tiny and lost one of the backings within three days. These would be great for second or third piercings but are too small for primary piercings
