As a long time customer of Ross Simons I was very disappointed with the unboxing presentation of earrings purchased for my daughter. While I can understand that updating and rebranding and logo changes can happen for marketing reasons, it was a very unpleasant surprise to have opened the package and found the Ross Simons standard had clearly undergone a major change. The earrings were separated in tiny zip lock bags and stuck in a slider box with no tissue or backing. Although there was a black pouch included, it was not of a quality and snap was common. I was glad that I opened ahead prior to wrapping. While not million dollar diamonds, the earrings and recipient deserved better.
