Purchased these murano heart earrings as a gift & was disappointed when I received them. One heart was bigger in size than the other & one was not centered properly. Couldn't believe no one takes the time to inspect these details before sending. I did not have time to call & complain because I needed to gift them right away. I prayed the recipient would not be so eagle-eyed, but it certainly deflated my hope of giving the perfect gift to someone I know who would have appreciated better quality. Never had these issues with anything I've ever purchased for myself from RS. It just figures.

The ability to select my carat size, ring material and diamond characteristics (certified) at such a great price was amazing! I had been shopping for a specific ring style, diamond size, etc for my 40th wedding anniversary and 60th BDay and two local diamond stores couldn't deliver (they were twice the price and smaller size or didn't have platinum).
