Shopping always easy but the gold cross charm bracelet was a total disappointment! The cross so thin a piece of paper was thicker than the cross! And again the mess stretch bracelet was so thin it would not last very long! I didnot expect anything this cheaply made from Ross Simons... I have taken the steps to return and do compliment Ross Simons for making it quick and easy to return with no hassles so far.
