I have loved your product. However, not too long ago, I had ordered an an opal ring earring. It was delivered to 1311 Lakeview Drive rather than 1311 Parkview Drive. I never received these earrings. I acknowledge that I had clicked the wrong address, but I also admit anger that the recipient over on Lakeview Drive never sent back the earrings. I am still angry at three things: 1. My stupid mistake. 2. my thieving neighbor. 3. my unsympathetic Ross-Simons. And yet I still remain a loyal customer. Maybe that also angers me.

I was excited to get my emerald earrings. When they arrived, one of stones was completely loose and not held in place by the prongs. The prongs seemed very thin so I'm not sure if that's what contributed to it or not. I returned them today.

This is the third charm I have purchased and pleased with all three. Slips on pearl or bead necklaces. Very versatile. Will try all three on paper clip necklace.

I saw this bracelet on a email add and it was a great price. I love it more in person. The silver lunks are so smooth I forget I am wearing it. The clasp is very sturdy and it can be worn as a dress up or casual.
