You expect the bastards to honor it! If it's on their f!@#$%^&*ing website AND you place an order, God damn it, you expect the ITEM! Not some lame excuse in an email weeks after ordering that the order is out of stock and all we can do is offer a refund (HEY ROSEWHOLESALE JACKWAGONS; I WANT THE SHIRT, NOT A REFUND!). This is the second brat website offering cheap clothes from China that has pulled this crap on me (the other being dress lily). Well, I am DONE; STICK A FORK IN ME DONE! If I want cheap clothes I'll go to Walmart!

I've waited 6 weeks for my order... THEN read the reviews. Stupid of me. Currently have Australia Post assisting and will seek PayPal assistance if I cannot get a resolution. Was a very cheap purchase - looks like you get less than what you pay for though.

I loved everything that I recieved from Rosewholesale.com with the exception of 2 items that did not fit right. When I emailed customer service they were prompt with their replies and their refund that they offered me for the items that were not fitting right.

Decision making

Hi, This is my first time to visit this website and I got very excited about the dresses and tops but I'm pretty scared ordering online due to bad experiences, so I always read reviews first before I make a decision to pay the items on my bag. Looks like this website is pretty good. I'm just confused when it comes to sizing. I'm Large in Canadian size, so looks like I need to get XL size in this website.

I have had to write another review because I didn't think this company could get any worse. After another couple of weeks of emailing this company and they still will not refund for a)items not received and b)items sent in the WRONG size; this morning I tried to reply and my email has been blocked out. To explain: they give you a ticket no. When you make a complaint - if you do not reply within 7 days this ticket no. Is cancelled. I tried this morning and it kept saying I have to "sign in" - I WAS SIGNED IN. It would not allow me to submit the reply! They are blocking it so that when it passes the 7 days the ticket no. Will be closed - what a devious, sneaky & fraudulent company!

I have been shopping with Rose Wholesale now for about 18 months and have found them to be outstanding in all aspects of their business. At first I had a problem with the different sizing but they sorted that out for me and now I able able to purchase on trend clothing at an affordable price. I also find their range of accessories to be amazing and buy 99% of gifts from them. Delivered quickly to my door, I will keep shopping with them.

Unreliable!

I ordered 6 pillow covers about 2 months before Christmas and only received 2 and have emailed the company 4 times to let them know I never received them and i have only heard back from them saying my ticket was closed because i hadn't been active in 7 days. I just want my pillow covers or my money back. The company needs to see in my orders they was never delivered. Not very happy.
