It's been six months since I had ordered a watch from this website, I haven't got it yet and when I asked for help they always responds and say they are going to fix it ASAP but no-one does anything. Also, when I asked for refund, they acted as if I am being cheap and responded that they won't do any refund as it has been more than three months since the order date. Now, I don't need any refund and I know I am not gonna get my item either. Just want to let you all know that don't use this website to buy anything. Save your time and money.

As my title says, I inquired about how they manage to sell this stuff for so cheap without under paying their employees and all they tell me is that they don't have an answer to my question. They're hiding something and as a responsible costumer, I will not order from that place knowing that I am encouraging a business who is potentially abusing their staff. If you care remotely about the life quality of people, order something that is fair trade. Don't be a cheap person. Unless you would be willing to take their place and do the work they do.

I love the products and the unique looks I am able to get there that I can not find in my small town. My only caution is to really keep an eye on the product sizing as what your usual size does not apply to their clothing. I find I have to go up between 2-3 sizes to get my items to fit properly. Once that was figured out it was a lot easier to find what I was looking for. I would like it if they fixed the sizes to match actual US sizing charts because my ego does take a hit going up so high for sizes in their clothing.

Seriously, I buy from China regulary and this never happened to me before! I'm used to good customer service, so taht I leave good reviews even when something went wrong because all other customer services were able to answer and solve problems.
I conntacted rosewholesale multiple times and got NO answer at ALL! When I tried to solve problen trough PayPal the the seller offered 10$ refund (FOR AN 50$ ORDER!)
I don't know if you find it funny to steal from your custommers, but I do not! I ordered 4 Months ago and got two small pieces out of my 40$ order (with 20$ shipping and an INSURANCE) Seriously, do not order! If you get your stuff it might be ok, but if you don't, nobody's gonna talk to you or help you!

I DID NOT received WHAT I ORDERED! I bought 2 wigs from this place and they charged me an additional $3 for each of the wigs which came to a total of $6, plus the insurance (the insurance was fine) so I gave her my order number which was also a link that shows you EXACTLY what I purchased IN MY ACCOUNT but customer service is SO STUPID she repeats the same thing over and over again. Its like talking to a brick wall. She Kept telling me how much I was charge... THAT'S THE PROBLEM YOU IDIOT! Not to mention I DID NOT GET WHAT'S IN MY ORDER LINK! TOOK EXTRA UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE AND GAVE ME WHAT THEY WANTED ME TO HAVE! SCAMMERS!

It usually take one week for delivery but this time was late. I did receive my dress in time for the Winter Concert where I performed. The dress was received on good condition with the correct size and fit very well. I recommend that you do not place any orders during Christmas ( Holiday Seasons).
