I would have given extremely satisfied - my recent Order ID: RR************** is fantastic - I adore my purchases very much. However, I'm a little disappointed with a pervious order that i had placed for an exchange within the time limit- I followed all of the guidelines had receive a conformation that stating that they have received my return ticket once they have received my packet there would be a turn around in 7- days. It's been over a month and I have not heard anything regarding my exchange.
I love the clothing on this site and have ordered a few items. My last two items were a size too small (I thought I had lost more weight). I am so use to dealing with Amazon and some other big retailers that offer hassle free and free returns that it surprised me to have to pay as much as I did to return 2 items. My only other issue is that it takes soo long to receive and return items. I made my first order in May. Did not receive items until June. Returned items in June and it is now July and I am waiting for my exchange items to arrive.
I thought that I didn't receive one of my items that I ordered, so I contacted online. Kushi helped me out by ordering another earring for me. But, I found the earrings. They were just hidden so I contacted online again and I had gotten Kushi again. I let Kushi know what happen and the resend order had gotten canceled. Thank you Kushi for great service.
