I ordered dresses to be delivered at the post office in spain but they never arrived, I assume it was because the post office close at 14:30 and the delivery was to late, we had a few e mails go back and forward and always had a prompt reply, I asked for a refund and Sumie sorted it straight away, this will not be my last order, I will definately be buying from this company again
