The exchange process is flawed. It already takes a good amount of time to receive your order. While trying to exchange for a different size the site isn't clear. I wrote, "Too big," and saw that I chose the exchange size as the same size I was trying to downsize. I wrote ASAP and a rep told me ahe would change it. I noticed after priory shipping my exchange items back that the size hadn't been updated. I kept writing to remind them to change the size only to finally get to the point that the new sizes should be shipped and be told, "Sorry…we can do it when you ship it back." Not going to happen. The price is already twice what I paid. Now I'm stuck. So disappointed.
