I inadverently made an order with my Paypal account. I emailed them and canceled the order and had no problem returning my funds to the original payment. I'm so impressed that I will definitely will place the order.

I didn't receive conf. Email regarding my order so I could not track it. Email and gave a little info and got an update on my order

As soon as I contacted them they provided me with all the information that I needed, and have been helpful since with queries that I have had. I used the Chat system, and the support agent I spoke with called Lydia was very helpful.

Purchased items that were returned and received by the company. Have not received my refund; I've been given the run around and false promises by EVERY single agent I spoke to. It's been 2 years! Unbelievable…! Too bad cause I liked them and recommended them to a lot of people. I usually don't like to leave negative reviews, but 2 years is NOT ok!

It was easy to return the items that did not fit or that I just did not like. They conveniently have a warehouse in New Jersey, USA. The customer service was quick, professional, and just overall excellent. I have no issues or complains. Very happy with the whole process.
