Every order I've placed and purchased haa been exact. The quality of the material is excellent along with the customer service.

Having purchased 2 items, one of the dresses had a fault in the stitching, that wasn't major, but was significant enough to cause one of the seams in a hihhly visible place, to stick out. Rosewe refuse to accept the item is faulty, although immediately offered me 20% compensation. I have spent 6 weeks providing photographic evidence (having to purchase an alternative dress for the event my purchase was intended for)! No recognition or acceptance of the fault, despite offering compensation?
I was somewhat satisfied, I expected a better quality and thicker material used for the black and white dress.
Bought 2 jumpsuits from rosewe both fit perfectly and looked amazing had no issue with delivery came earlier than expected all good

Ms Lydia was very kind and courteous. I am returning the merchandise only because I received too many of the same items. I never noticed the number of quantities prior to submitting my order.
The fabric of the garments is dreadful quality and the returns policy is poor. The return address is in the US so will cost around £30+ to return items which the company do not refund. As of today, this is not mentioned on the website. Avoid if you are UK based
I ordered a dress that was too large. Within ten days, I PAID for a UPS postage to return the item to the company. The item took some time to arrive at the destination and the company is not accepting my return because it is past the 30 day period. They are unwilling to honor the fact that I returned it within the timeframe. Customers should not be responsible for mailing timelines.
