I ordered 6 items and was anxious to receive them.
However, I received someone else's order which does not fit my taste.
I am highly upset because there is no number to contact a person and discuss the issue, for I had to use chat.
Also, I received emails stating the same thing in which my chat explained that I did not receive the items that I ordered.
Now I have been asked to give them until October 7th.
This is highly unexceptable and I am really contiplating not using Rosewe again.

I had to exchange my dress for another size and the process went pretty smoothly even though it was almost the deadline for an exchange. They gave me a label to print out and I shipped it back in the mail. The only thing I didn't like was that they charged me for the return label before they would send the new dress. But overall, not bad. Clothes here are made of fair quality.

I received a email saying my package was delivered. I didn't know that it was a old order. Because I placed a new order I was confused. So thanks to good customer service we able to find out what happened.So with good knowledge of tracking my package was found. Well you deserve a free gift. This was a good experience on trying to get a return address. The person taking care of me was very patient and caring. They answered every question I needed in a timely manner. This is a good review. Having problem submitting. Seems like it is stuck or something. Seems to have a block.
