I tried communicating with a representative through the live chat and was given false sense of instructions on how to complete my purchase through an app. The representative told me to go through with the completion of my purchase and the app I was using would work. IT DID NOT and I had to wait for a refund! This hindered me from doing other important things. I would rather they said they didn't know and this could have been avoided.
Bought a xl brown and green dress from Rose We I have bought clothing from this sight previously and this is the first time I am disappointed. The dress is nothing like the picture it is bigger than I thought and is just shapeless I was sooooo disappointed
