Another unhappy customer. I ordered my items and gave myself a month for them to get here and I still don't have them. When I try to track my package it says "item not found" did I seriously just waste $70? The prices look good but I can't even speak the to the quality because I never received ANYTHING. Very disappointed.

I had ordered clothes several times from rosewe. Quality of the clothes is varied. Some items are actually good copies of brands, vougue styles, but I think all the products are made in china.

Overall rosewe is a great store for those who wants to buy trendy clothing at a low price, and don't expect a perfect product.

Spend your money elsewhere. Rosewe promises but literally does NOT deliver. We paid for expedited shipping and haven't seen the order or heard from the company after repeated inquiries.

Please do not order ANYHTING from this website. I ordered a jacket from this site a little bit more than a week ago, and I have yet to receive ANY information regarding its location or when It will arrive. The customer service for this website is legitimately nonexistent. It asked you to submit a "request" and then never replies to the request other than to say "we have received a request from you". I looked into this website around the Internet and found out that it is part of a larger umbrella corporation based out of a remote section of China. This corporation apparently is quite adept at forming "fashion websites", and then claiming order money without actually shipping products. Also, almost all of the 5/4 star reviews on THIS SITE appear to be absolutely fake. Everything about Rosewe.com is extremely sketchy, and I am thoroughly convinced that it is a scam. I am currently retracting my payment. Please do not order ANYTHING from this website.

I ordered from one of these companies and never received my items. My sister also ordered and received the UGLIEST excuse for clothes I have ever seen. They are all hand made and AWFUL. Please dont waste your money!

Hi I am a new customer... so disappointed in the service and tracking information, so poor they have my $ and I have no coat. I ordered last month and got a reply to a ticket that said they were moving warehouses don't you think they knew that was happening when I placed my order? My tracking said its in a sorting warehouse for over 20 days?. No one has any information I will never order again. Someone please give me a straight answer I even paid for the expedited shipping. If there was a negative star option, I would've chosen that.

I ordered a seemingly cute dress from Rosewe and the quality was unacceptable. With that being said, the dress was only $30 and I get what I pay for. The main reason for my complaint is their currupted return process.

They highly encourage that when you return, you need to add tracking to your shipment. I paid extra money for tracking and to ship it back, and even with the shipment CONFIRMATION, Rosewe has "not yet received the order, when we receive it. We will refund you." I have been going back and forth with them for over a month. Their company signed for it, and yet they have not "received" it. Makes absolutely no sense and this website is a total scam.

The return process is HORRID. Honestly, I don't even think I'm going to get my return. I will NEVER order from here again. You'd be smart to do the same.

I love the idea of this website but the time it takes to process, ship and receive the order is terrible. I ordered my clothes about 5 weeks ago, and still have not received them. I finally received a tracking # 2 weeks ago, but the website asks for you to also enter the verification code- and then will not recognize the verification code. I have no idea where my package is and have yet to receive my items. I don't think I'll ever use this site again. I'd rather spend more to get my order right away.

Rosewe attempted to help this customer through the SmartCustomer Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

My Order number: R**************. I bought my blouse from Rosewe. Shipping is not the fast, not in 24 hours at least. But the blouse is what I want. The price is reasonable and the fabric feels comfortable. If they sent my parcel earlier, I would be happier.

This company claims to sell clothing and is advertised on Facebook. However, after submission of order--one item which made up the bulk of the order was not part of the package to be shipped out. It doesn't make any sense if you look at how they have a count down for how long the item is available for and the item was available when I clicked on it but suddenly not available after purchasing it. It's just so weird. Additionally, they never bothered to tell me about it, or bothered to refund my money for it. They were just going to keep it. Furthermore, after disputing with them via internet--they finally decided to refund me the money but it was the INCORRECT amount. This is a very strange mistake for a retail company to make, especially one that uses computers. Something's not right. Additionally, the "tracking" that they provided me for the shipment is not tracking. It just links to this sketchy website 17track.com. A close friend has also ordered from this site and they sent her a shirt that had holes cut into it. It was definitely not what the site advertised at all. I don't know if their country (pretty sure they are based out of China) has different standards for internet shopping but if they are allowed to operate in the USA, they should conform to US standards. Lastly, they have no physical address or "headquarters" and their phone number has a NYC area code. Please help prevent other people from being scammed by this company. Thank you so much for your time and attention to the matter.

First of all, since our products sold out very quickly, so the customer order before you may get the clothing and your pick will be marked as out of stock. I am pity for that. And I am sure our system will send you out of stock notice if the products are out of stock and there will also be a shipment notice when the parcel send out. As you said you received a shipment notice and it is not a tracking link. Actually, 17 tracking is the tracking website to track your parcel. And the parcel number for tracking should be in the email too. If you didn't find your tracking number, you are more than welcome to let us know. I never bought anything from Rosewe.com but my first clue to them being a scam was that they had clothes from other manufacturers. I thought it was a bit suspicious that ALL of the super cute clothes i had seen on Pinterest were on this one site... this NEVER happens! Why do you think it takes women all day to shop? Because we have to go to 20 different stores to buy all the things we want. What made me Google the site and read reviews was that they had Halloween costumes as well... and they were cheap(had seen them on other sites for 2x the amount)... and the models face was blurred out... no website is going to have regular clothing AND costumes, it just doesn't happen. Then i noticed ALL of the positive reviews were horrible English... i guess that's one good thing about English having a different sentence structure and multiple meanings for different words lol

I just ordered so I don't know what the shipping experience and the products i selected will be like.
A friend had bought a blazer from rosewe and told me about rosewe. I go to church and I find that there are not a lot of skirts that are just below the knee for church going folks. The maxi dresses are nice but for nice evening wear, so i take a try to order a maxi dress on rosewe. Hope it stays the quality what my friend told me.

If i could give them a negative rating i would. I ordered two dresses from them both size large and i got two dresses that were nothing like what they advertised. One was way too small and one was basically a big sheet with sleeves. Both dresses are made with material that feels like a bad Halloween costume. The worst part is the website will not let me review anything or get a refund it just keeps giving me error messages. This website is a SCAM!

Well, I am from NY, USA and wanted to buy 2 summer dresses and 1 T-shirt at rosewe.com store, however, I was not much sure which size to choose and then contacted their support team to make clear, their support member named Jelly answered my questions carefully and timely. So I am satisfied with their customer service at first.

After receiving the parcel, I am very satisfied with the pieces and they fit myself perfectly. So I am sure I will always buy products at rosewe.com.

It is truly the perfect site ever, there are so much more design and fashion products than inexpensive ones. Rosewe always has promotions going on. They have some of the hottest fashions at affordable prices. When my friend showed me clothes she ordered from there, I couldn't believe the quality for the price. I really don't know how they do it!
