I wish there was an option for "0" stars. Not only was it a pain to order the clothes in the first place (turns out you could submit your order but now have paid for it, resulting in an additional visit to work through their website) but they take over a week to ship your items. They eventually send you a tracking website, you know, to track your clothes order, but the track17.net website is confusing at best, fraudulent at worst. Just know that there will be NO way to tracking your order. By the time your items arrive, they are thin, cheap-looking and you've forgotten you were getting anything in the first place. Not worth the trouble or the money, regardless of how many "coupons" they supply. Never again.

If there was an option for 0 stars, this is one of the only businesses I would give it to. I ordered a jacket hoping that it wasn't another Chinese scam. I paid through Paypal, so I at least had some assurance there. When I didn't hear anything from them for almost a week about shipping I knew it was another scam so I contacted them to cancel the order. They did cancel it, but they kept $3 of what I paid them. From reading other reviews it is a "handling/processing fee" that they charge. How can you charge me a fee when you didn't do anything? Definitely stay away from this company. They go under SEVERAL names for example Rosegal.com is the same company.

FAKE PHOTOS YOU GET ABSOLUTELY UNWEARABLE CLOTHING YOU CAN'T RETURN AND THEY REFUSE REFUND. THEY OFFER 20% OF WHAT YOU PAY IF YOU'RE LUCKY AND THEY REFUSE TO SEND RETURN ADDRESS. NO REPLY TO CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAILS AND NOTHING LOOKS LIKE IN PHOTOS. THIS IS A SCAM. READ THEIR FB PAGE don't buy don't buy pass this on. They are a scam.

It is my third time ordering from rosewe and shipping usually takes 2 weeks. I got a sweater in grey and I love it so much because it’s oversized and casual but can be styled in so many ways. Material is very soft but pretty.

Took over a week for them to even start shipping my order...
The 6 items i ordered including 2 jackets all fit into 1 gallon sized zip lock bag.
The sizes run very small. I ordered all larges and nothing fits and i usually wear mediums.
The quality is awful. Worse than rue 21 or a dollar store. Seams on clothing arent finished and edges of clothing not finished (looks like its be cut with scissors).
Clothes look really cute in the photos... dont be fooled. Now i cant send anything back.

This company is awful. I ordered clothes, they sat in a warehouse a week and still had not shipped! I started reading reviews and began to feel uneasy that it was a scam. I cancelled my order and the company charged me 27.00 to cancel it! They claimed it was a handling fee and charged me 3.00 for each item. It was BULLCRAP! I will never try to order from this place again. It is very sketchy. There is no customer service number to call, so i have been going back and forth with a customer representative everyday. The customer service is very slow, a situation that could have been cleared up in one day has dragged on for an entire week. It has been a huge hassle and waste of my time and money. Before you order something from here, DONT! I promise it will save your time and money.

My jacket was cheaply made the "wool" jacket was made out of felt... I'll never order from here again!

I ordered from this website and I never received the items. It is a scam from China. I would not buy anything from there.

I ordered a dress last Wednesday (1 week ago) and I paid the extra for the 5-something day delivery. I haven't had any email to say if it has been dispatched or anything? I'm starting to feel like it's a scam and they've stolen my money?..

Rosewe is Rosegal! They are a SCAM people. They sell clothing that doesn't even measure up to a smaller scale sizing chart, the clothing is very poorly made. If you even get your order at all. Please go to review websites and read reviews before spending your hard earned money on mail order clothing or accessories. Sitejabber is a good site to view and of course the BBB has plenty of information on them I'm sure.

Great place for trendy clothes! Great price comparing to other clothing stores like zara. Quality is very similar to forever 21, or better. Shipping time takes about same time as from the other "free shipping" stores. It takes way longer than expected to deliver, about 1-2 weeks.

I purchased a dress from the company and the size dimensions were not as stated. VERY SMALL, I ordered an XL. After trying to resolve the issue with customer service, they advised me that they would add a $9 credit to my account (I paid $27) for the dress and suggested that I try and sell the dress myself online for the difference. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME?

Depending on your level of patience, demand for quality service, and worth of merchandise, in my opinion... STAY AWAY. I don't do dirty busy w/my clean money.

DFNTLY A TOTAL SCAM! $#*!ING ASIANS always screwing everyone up! It's never the size, or the delivery post office was closed, or it was National day in China. This freaking 'CHARLES" or who ever he is… it's all fake and a fraud!

Don't wast your money. I work on fashion and delivery across seas and this is all a fraud.
