DO NOT PURCHASE from this company... my product was mouldy when received... after contacting them (they have a ticket service for this) they promise a 24hr response... I HAVE WAITED 5 DAYS and still no response.

Attention: **Even Norton gives a warning about the Rosewe website stating the site is a threat to your computer** I noticed someone by the name of "Charles" who speaks on behalf of Rosewe attempting to claim that this fraudulent website isn't associated with other websites of similar names. Every time you go to the site to complain, or attempt to retrieve a refund or the goods you ordered, the website has an opportunity to hack into the personal information on your computer. Besides gaining money for things they either don't send or for poor quality merchandise, the website in question is gaining far more than the consumer may even realize! **Beware of the Rosewe website and the numerous names they go by. All the same type of scammers**

I've made four orders with rosewe.com so far, and I've had no problems.
The first order took awhile to process and get shipped. It made it to my house about three weeks after I made the order. Every order I've made since has reached my house within two weeks. If you need something in a hurry though, you probably shouldn't order from these guys.
I've been selective about what I've ordered. With the low prices, I imagine the quality of some of the clothing might be hit or miss. Everything I've ordered to date has been fine though. Certainly better than Urban Outfitters, whose clothing falls apart after the first wash. One item I ordered from rosewe.com, a coat, was high quality and gorgeous.
I haven't had to return/exchange anything, so I have no experience with that.

I wish I would have researched this site. It's awful I have been waiting weeks for my three dresses and can not get in touch with anyone. I called PayPal and they can not do anything about it either. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! The tracking used to say Shanghai and now it is unknown. They are a scam!

Absolutely awful company to deal with. They create duplicate orders and charge your credit card twice for the same transaction then blame it on paypal (which only shows 1 record of payment, unlike rosewe.com). The order sat "paid, unshipped" for 5 days- after paying for expedited shipping- and I finally got them to cancel the damn order, but still waiting on my refund. Don't waste your money or your time.

Do not waste your time or money on anything from Rosewe.com. The product descriptions and pictures are a far stretch from what you actually get. The material is thin and cheap. You can forget about returns too, they do not honor them and try to offer you a small refund of what you actually paid in an attempt to get you to keep their crap. I have opened a dispute against this company. They are awful.

Thre are many trendy styles in this lovely store. It's worldwide and not overly expensive for the quality you get. You just have to pick the right stuff. I shop there often when I need new clothes.

You guys are moving so fast! My Parcel arrived today and I love all my items. I like my new coat most, the quality is surprisingly good. The hair inside is very comfortable. My sister love it too, I will bought another for her as Christmas gift.

All these negative reviews had me scared to death since I just purchased a coat from Rosewe on cyber Monday(I didnt realize they were in China, because those sizes are tiny). During the rush, I didnt do research on the company and then I got an invoice from them today with a different price. I sent them a ticket asking why the price was different and saying that the size wouldnt be right and if they wouldnt make it right I would have PayPal refund my money. They immediately responded saying since I had used a coupon, I didnt owe the difference in price and said they would change the size to extra large. I am very impressed with this customer service. I dont know yet about the shipping or the quality, but I am willing to wait and find out.

The number they have is overseas and it's disconnected... they don't answer your questions or the "live chat" which is always unavailable... Thank God my order did not go through... I ordered a dress I saw on Pintrest and it came in 15 days which is fine being it came from China to Florida. But the size was way off it was so small. I contacted them and they said sell it because it wouldn't be worth the time and money to ship it back. Its a beautiful dress except its so see through and when I unpackaged it a button fell off, good thing I know how to sew! I placed and order for a larger size hoping I could sell this one but canceled the order I hope(haven't heard back yet) because I don't know about the size its only 3 cm larger which isn't a lot! BOY ARE PICTURES DECEIVING!

When you receive your merchandise it is not like what pictured on website. Sizing is way off and way to small and when you want to return the items you will be offered 1/4 of what you paid for them. For everybody living in the states please keep in mind you have to return the items to China…. The postal tracking is more than what you paid for the items. Sure they offer you almost nothing in store credit and who would buy from them again. The tracking is to prove that they got the return which is their word against yours. They actually tell you that you are wasting your time……BUYERS BEWARE!

We totally understand what you felt, and i will respond some questions you have here.
First, as for the items which is not as described (such as the style, the color, the size...), customers are encouraged to contact with us and provide some information and then we will check and offer a solution.
Second, when customer want to return the item, we will offer some suggestions, but if customers insist return, we will offer return address and customer need pay postage themselves which is stated on our return policy. When customer returned the package, they need offer tracking information, but tracking which shows return has arrived in China doesn't mean we received the package returned, just like when merchandise arrive in USA doesn't mean that our customer receive it. But when we finally receive the package, we will offer refund.

BEST ADVISE DO NOT USE THIS CHINESE WHOLESALER... I was big sucker I was taken in with great photography of clothing that was not the actual product. Was so easy to click on and purchase and before I realise I had place 4 orders for around 20 pieces, it is all very easy and good until you pay and then that is where the scam starts... would give 0 stars clothing looks nothing like the photos and tiny tiny sizes xxl about normal small or medium... materials used are so synthetic they don't feel like any fabric I have ever known before GARMENTS UNFINISHED SHABBY AND VERY BADLY SEWN not everything you order arrives at the same time and sometimes it does not come at all... and the best bit they take orders and payment for goods that THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE and then tell you that they have run out and to choose something else... no offer of a refund... be very careful actually my advise look for another web site there are many others that are safe to use. This one offers discounts that don't work and there really is no way to contact them once you have paid and placed orders,,, guess in this case you DO NOT GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR... WORST INTERNET SHOPPING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. :(

SCAM. I bought some clothes from this site and paid using my debit card. Almost one month later i have not received the items, i opened a ticket with them. They gave me false tracking information and just keep asking me to wait. Ive asked for a refund and they have refused to give me my money back. DO NOT USE

Total scam

Total scam. I bought a dress which was really nice in the pic and when received it totally disappointed. The ugliest dress ive ever seen. And when want to return it they went on and on and on with a lot of bs but wont give you a return add. Submitted a dispute through paypal
And wa given a return add but hey 3 weeks later they told me my case is closed bec the tracking # i gave them is invalid. Went to post office they looked at me like an idiot and they told me how can the tracking # be invalid. They checked it for me address was undeliverable. The add they gave me 333 jin gang rd pu dong new district shanghai china showed all kinda of business except for rosewe.com. So i lost $70 over this fraud company. And to make it even worse paypal sided with this company when it was paypal who gave me the address. Please save yourself a lot of headaches. Stay away from this scam!

DO NOT buy from Rosewe, it's a scam! I bought three dresses, and they finally arrived after almost a month. My happiness was short lived as all three dresses were cheaply made and one of them even had a long rip through one of the seams. When I say cheaply made, that's an understatement. None of the darts were in the right places, the threads were coming out, the hems were poorly made, and it seems like they didn; t even measure and actual woman for tthese clothes. Customer services is absolutely poor and has not responded. What a hassle! Please don't make the mistake I did and give them any of your money.

Hmmmm... although the clothes on this site look amazing, i will not take the chance to order and either not get my money's worth or not even get my order not to mention the hassels people are claiming they are experiencing. Thank you folks for your reviews and for saving me the trouble. Also... it sure does appear that the good reviews are not real. Submitted by employees of the company perhaps?! You should make sure your english is good at least before trying to fool people.
