I placed my order on 12/01/2014 and paid $9.80 for shipping to arrive in 5-7 days instead of month but here it is the first week of January and I still haven't received it! I opened a ticket after 2 weeks passed but they are just putting me off. I think they shipped just recently but still I cannot track the package and God knows when it will arrive! This is my 3rd disappointment from a Chinese seller and I am NEVER EVER buying from them again! (The other 2 were miniinthebox.com and everbuying.com)

I was really excited to order Christmas gifts for my daughters. Great prices! But, it took forever to get my order. I ordered the first of December and didn't get it until Dec. 24. I hadn't realized that IT COMES ALL THE WAY FROM CHINA! Also, BAD QUALITY MERCHANDISE. When I asked about a return, they made it so hard that it was not worth paying the return postage all the way to China.

I was SO excited when I saw how cute everything was! And the prices are amazing. I made a LARGE order. And paid 9.99 for expedited shipping. (3-5 business days) I understand they need 2 or 3 days for processing. Totally understandable. 14 business days later. I really start to get annoyed. I check my account. It HADN'T EVEN SHIPPED! And what did i pay $10.00 extra for.? I sent them a message asking for a contact number. (Has anyone noticed they do not have a convenenient VOCAL way to call them or talk to a live person? Hmm. Wonder why.) A person responded saying "Sorry package is being shipped out within one day." I ASKED FOR A CONTACT NUMBER. The number they have on the site has a lady that says to leave a voicemail. Needless to say, I recieved my package 21 days later, after once again, paying expedited shipping! None of my friend will buy things from here anymore and I advise you don't either. Unless you would like to be stepped on and spit at. Will never buy from them again. Disgusted.

I am regular customer of Rosewe and I have bought many times here. Some items run small because their size based on Asian size but if you asked about that, they will be very kind and happy to help you. I highly appreciate the customer service.

1. I bought a dress from Rosewe which I know this website from Pinterest. It is a maxi dress, very trendy at nowadays, and I cannot wait to try it on as soon as I received. I ordered M size, it is a little longer and larger than I expected. But I look very glamorous when I put this dress on paired with my favorite high heel shoes and wear some chic accessories. I have received many good compliments about this lovely dress since I worn it and got out to the town. I really love this dress, I think I will buy some other goods from this website.

They use a system of ticket on the website and I submit a ticket and get response in 1 working day. They explain their size chart in details and asked my measurements and then offer a good suggestion. Today I received the package which is perfect and fits well. I suggest all the customers do a research before ordering.
