Very bad quality clothes

Very bad quality clothes. When you try to return the items the postage to China is very high, so you will waste more money. That was my last purchase from China. AVOID Rosewe, their clothes are awful, not as the pictures on the website and sizes are random as well there is a smell from the clothes on chemicals.

Shipping from China, so be sure you order a size larger than normal. I would have like to have known that it was shipping from China as I knew I would have to return at least one piece. Customer service tried to talk me into keeping the items I didn't want (and didn't fit me) and reselling them or something else. It cost me over $60 to mail back but I didn't want to keep the clothes. Will never order from here again.

Sizes run really small

Sizes run really small. I usually wear so mall or extra small, here the smalls were too small. It took over 2 weeks to get the items. They are poorly made and made of inferior materials. Exchanges and returns are difficult. Do not order form this website!

I have ordered on 26th of nov. And still waiting for my goods, there customer care sucks i have written 7th time ol time i got junk mail reply. Order tracking has no update since last month even, i m looking forward to complaint this site in china consumer protection. Do not order from this site.

Thanks for your feedback and sorry for what have been happened. The fact is the flat shipping to India cost a while in the Export Board Office. Your parcel RH098780626CN has been send out on 26th of Nov which is 3 days after you place your order. But it stays in the Export Board Office for nearly one month. I tracked the parcel for you, it is already shipped in the ship today. So it will be arrive your country in one week. Usually, Flat shipping to abroad doesn't stuck so long in the export board. I am very sorry for your case, please accept my sincere apologize and wish you will satisfied with the blazer when it arrived.

I order a jacket for my daughter and put 3 to 5 day extra handling on it and still have not revived it. Now it so close to Christmas it scares me because I am afraid I won't get it in time. I have sent them a ticket two times now finally they respond the next day and said they would shipped it out on the next business day? I wonder why they have not shipped it out yet! Paid the extra freight! Order in time for Christmas told them the problem order in time so it wouldn't be late so why I pay extra charges and still no jacket. I am never ordering from them again! What a disappointment!

I want to share my shopping experience with all your guys. Actually, I am the buyers who get my money back and be their satisfactory customer. I bought 2 T Shirt from them 3 months ago and I never received my parcel. So you could imagine how angry I was. I contacted with their service for help one month after I placed the order, they told me to wait because some parcel may stock at the local customs. I was very disappointed that time and thought they are just robbers although they told me they could refund the money if I didn't received my parcel in 2 months. After a while, I submit a refund ticket in their website and their service answer my question very quickly. At last, the service called me and confirmed that my parcel was lost and they would like to give me full refund or send me a new parcel, I can't bear to wait for another two months so I answered to give me refund. About 8 hours later, their service called me again and confirmed the full refund. After several weeks, there are still some of my friends talk about rosewe. I decided to try again. This time I tried one lace in case. The T shirt arrives today and I am surprised about the enhancement of the shipping. In addition, I love what I get. I think they have successfully won my trust again. It is unavoidable to have some problems when shopping from abroad online store, but their service makes me we are not done after I paid my money. So even though the first shopping is not smooth, but I would like to give you 5 stars since you solved my problems well and the pleasant 2nd shopping experience. Get ALL your money back

Get ALL your money back. If you received a defective order. Their return policy makes it impossible to send the junk back unless you pay overseas mail and customs charges and provide tracking for them. Go to PayPal or your credit card company and get your money back, even if you have not shipped it back. Recover all those processing fees too. It is very easy to do. Go on line to your credit card or PayPal, there is a phone number to call to file a dispute or you can do it online. I called and it was a piece of cake I got ALL my money back. Do not let them win!.

My order only took around 1 week and a few days to arrive.The fabric is really flimsy and flexible so I can do whatever I want with it! It's not rigid or stiff so I can move freely and it's super comfortable!

I bought a pink maxi dress from them: *******-3. I haven’t bought any other products from them so I want just talk about this dress. The chiffon dress is really soft and comfy. The Lace detail is so nice and the dress is very elegant like it looks in the picture. I am 5’6’’ and go for size L. It fits me well. I will try other of their items soon.

This company is a scam! I got my clothes 2 months later than I expected and the size made me laugh! XXXXXXXSmalllll, there is no way to return it also! So I gave to my friend who wears size 0 and I order size XXL
DO NOT BUY FORM THEM.
