Excellent experiences. I bought 2 dresses from rosewe. The shipping was free. I have one of the boards already installed. It's working as it should. I'm looking forward to receiving the other one, and getting it installed. The support staff was very professional and attentive as well. I will do business with rosewe again in the future.

This site has very good customer service, customer service Lily's sweet voice makes me feel very warm, I was on this site to buy a club skirt, to share with you my feelings. I am 5'7 and wear a 8 in pants and medium or large in tops cause i have big boobs... I wear a 34 F. The dress fits great on my chest. I got the large to give me boob space and I don't need a bra. The shirt part is perfect on me, i know girls were saying if they had a bigger butt, you could see right thru. I don't have a big butt so... u don't see thru mines but be careful when bending over. Don't,... just kneel like a lady of if you need something on the ground, ask someone to get it for you lol love the dress, well made and cause in the mail very quickly!

I think I will wear my new dresses from Rosewe all this summer around. I am so happy they arrive so fast.

My order B************** was never received despite what the tracking page stated, I have checked my mailbox for two additional days and NO JACKET! Today I called to speak with a customer service representative and she didn't even answer the phone like JollyChic was a legitimate business, the woman on the phone answered with a "Hi" and began to speak someone else in another language. She DID NOT speak ENGLISH very well at all and apparently didn't understand it either because she kept repeating the same scripted response and told me to check my mailbox verifying what the tracking stated it was delivered and stated I should speak with my family (as if that was NOT done prior to me calling). The level of customer service was sub-par/horrid and the individual never once disclosed her name... I wish I would've read the reviews prior to me ordering anything from this company. What further has me upset is that a received an email shortly from someone by the name of CiCi telling me the exact same rubbish i. E. canned (cookie cutter scripted response) that didn't answer any of my questions nor helped. I will be disputing this with my bank and claim FRAUD if my $$ isn't refunded back! I will be writing reviews on every blog, social media, and review site...

I bought a jacket from rosewe for christmas. I want to complaint about the shipping too. It is too slow, cost nearly one month. I have no prolem with the product, it fits me well and I received an extra surprise gift from them. That is a relief for me. I really suggest you improve your shipping speed or you will loose many customers like me.

My sweatshirt arrives today. I really like the look of this sweatshirt. When I received the plastic package it’s still in good state, it's a good material. It's more of a straight cut, so if you have a boyish figure, it might not be as flattering. It has pockets, which is useful for a sweatshirt. The shirt looks good zipped up and button snapped, or just open.
