I wrote a bad review and I am not retracking it. They read my review and replied saying they do not take more than 10 days to ship. It was way over ten days. I got items piece by piece. They were cheap and one item was the wrong item. There is no way to contact this company and when I finally got through by email they're person told me it would cost me too much to send the items back. I have had to swallow the money. If anything changes I will let you know but my guess is they are writing the good reviews themselves. DO NOT order from this company. You will be sorry. I will change this only if I get my money refunded and/or do not have to pay to send back.

I ordered this dress in a size M. It came neatly folded on the hanger and a bag covering it. The material is good quality - not too heavy or light. I would suggest ordering this dress by your measurements, it was accurate for me.

I got it in red and the color is gorgeous. As for the design, the collar is flattering and sexy without being too revealing. I am in fairly good shape, but this dress does a lot for me. Can't wait to wear it!

Very stylish and classic. Length is good. Not too short. Fabric has good stretch, perfect for hugging those curves. I am 5' 3" about 118 lbs and the size 4 is perfect. I usually wear XS clothes so don't be misled by the size 4. There is a slit in the back that does go up higher than expected but still classy. I am extremely happy with my purchase.

I work on TV, so I am always looking for good quality dresses at an affordable price. This is definitely in my top ten now! The material is a nice thickness for fall/winter but could be worn in any seasons. I got the blue, red, pink and purple and all of the colors are true to the picture.

For some reason I cannot respond to the comment u made on my review so I'll make a new post frankly I have been in contact with your customer service team and theres a order number attached im not sure if thats it nothing was done and since it's well over 2 freaking months now how are u going to fix this situation. Maybe you should let customers know they won't get the the items purchased with the time u said as opposed to trying to convict them to keep the order open and they still haven't received anything so frankly the only thing that u can do is return my money or I will report fraud to PayPal as well as my bank

OMG, this site is just as bad as shoespie.com There is no way to reach a real person. I ordered dress 2/24, it is now 3/7 and still no update. I'm so disappointed. Will never order from here again.

Well what can I say the most poor cutover service I have ever had... I order my dress at the start of January and still never had my order sent to me... I have two tickets open on their site and both say complete different things... I paid for 5-7 day delivery and it's has now been 2 months... I request for a
Refund around 2-3 weeks ago as had enough of there excuses for me not receiving my order I was first happy just to have a full refund on the dress but they then started to mess me around so I asked for a full refund of the dress and the postage... Still now they are making excuses and will now only refund me 50%... I keep asking to take it further and for someone to call but I still have had nothing and just get push away... If anyone has a contact number for them to call from the UK please let me know as they will not be hearing the end of it as they have just taken money and will expect me to give up well this is not going to happen... I hope this happens to no one else but I do warn NEVER and I mean NEVER order anything from Rosewe... What a rubbish site to buy anything from! I gave a rating of 1 as you can't do anything lower
