Today is August 28,2017 - I sent order number, R**************. In an immediate response but never heard anything more from this company, they are a total farse!
I ordered what I thought was a flair A line skirt what I received was some type of nylon material that looked like a garbage bag. So annoyed ill stick to things made in the USA from now on.
I placed order on 2/23/16. On 3/18/16 they reaponded can't cancel order being shipped now send tracking # soon. Its 3/21/16 still no tracking # & account status says paid confirmed processing not shipped. And takes 3-4 days to receive email back. Still waiting on refund.

This website pictures are beautiful and give you false hope that you are going to get the best dress ect. But once the item arrived the material was poor, size, let's say they don't know what a plus size is nor do they know what Maxie us. They need to shut down this website for false advertisement. Even the jeweler was horrible I have to get my bracelet fix.

This website have a lot of beautiful things but... I orderd for the first time on February 29,2016 and still no dress! It's for a event on March 26,2016 which I know won't come on time. Almost a month has come. I sent message March 16. Inquiring my order instead of a call they shipped my order which they held 2 weeks before shipping. Now using the tracking number its jus in New York for processing. I'm very disappointed and will never shop this website again

This is a site that steals your money. I placed an order on February 14,2016. It is now March 19,2016, I have yet to receive my order. When I go to the email that claims my order has been shipped that has a tracking number on it, when clicking on the link in the email, an error page now appears. Of course, they promptly debited my account. I am so aggravated. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!

So I order a dress from here for my birthday and paid for the fastest shipping it still took 4 weeks to get to me and when it did it looked nothing like what I order and the fit was all wrong so I emailed them to get my money back and the still have not refund me they are awful.

I bought an item almost a month ago and until this day I have not received. I've been asking for a refund, and they have replied to my ticket over 15 times with BS lame excuses. Now I need to pay the handling fee, which I have told them that I would and they still have not issued me my refund. This is a bull$#*!, scamming and the worst customer service website ever.

They're long enough, and comfortable because of the higher waist, but fit well and are not frumpy or old-lady loose. Love them! Yeah!
My favorite jeans. I ordered a long/tall and length was right for my 33 inch inseam. I washed them with a cup of vinegar the first time to prevent fading. They have not faded like my other jeans.
This was a good buy. I like the style and its very cute. I ordered a medium but they sent me a large. It actually fits ok. My only issue is the back of the dress was sewed wrong where the seems didn't line up right so the fabric bunches at the small of my back (waist) to the bottom of the dress. It's noticeable but workable.
I'd rate them a ZERO if it was an option!
I purchased $75.87 worth of merchandise from Rosewe.com on 2/29/16 and after submitting several tickets, and initially receiving several 'canned' responses, I received a response asking me to 'wait in patience.' I submitted several other tickets after waiting 7 working days asking to cancel my order because the status was still listed as 'not shipped'. On 3/10 I received a response from the 'Administrator' apologizing for the delay but stating that the items were 'out of stock' and to please be patient. I submitted another ticket THAT DAY asking to cancel the order again and received a response saying that I will be charged $3 per item to cancel for 'handling'. Excuse me? The items are out of stock... what the hell are they handling? I think it's deceiving & criminal to advertise that an item will ship in 24hrs when in fact the item is actually out of stock. I also think it's fraudulent to charge a fee for handling merchandise that again is out of stock. I made a mistake in ordering from a company that I didn't research first but I am thankful that I used my PayPal account. After learning that the items were out of stock I immediately submitted & escalated a claim & dispute with PayPal. 2 days after PayPal contacted them inquiring of the status, they sent me tracking info (3/14). Wait! What? I submitted 4 different tickets (2 on 3/10,3/11 & on 3/12) requesting to CANCEL yet on 3/16 they respond saying "it's too late to cancel the order because it's been shipped." You dirty bastards! I no longer want the merchandise. & no telling what they've shipped! I immediate placed a call to PayPal. They instructed me to refuse the package once it arrived & once I refuse the package to call them & they will refund my money. So thankful!

After a very long wait on my product I realized the material wasn't even worth putting on my puppy. The pictures are downloaded from other places or sites and the clothes doesn't remotely resemble the picture. I would never order from them again nor would I recommend it to anyone. Answer: I would never buy from them. If you want to return something they only give you 30% back! The dress I purchased didn't even fit. It was made so poorly that it wouldn't fit anyone! The arm holes were way to small and the material laid awkward.

Then you are going to request a refund and they will tell you that you will need to pay for the shipping and to re-consider the refund as it is not worth the extra fee (weird). Once you send it back they will pretend that they have never received it even though I sent mine back on registered mail and someone actually signed for it and I got notified. I don't think I will ever see my money back! They are a bunch or scumbags!
