I really wanted all the cute things I saw and ordered, paid extra for a rush and took about 3 weeks to be told it would be shipped shortly. By then, I had already been frustrated and cancelled 1 week before. Their phone number doesn't work, you submit tickets, and they totally don't care about what question you ask, they respond totally different, like they don't speak english. One question of mine was " where's my refund? I canceled 2 weeks ago? " and there response 2 days later was, " don't worry, your order will go out in a day or 2, have patience"
Seriously?!?!?!?! Their live chat doesn't work, it just routes you to a common question, so you wont submit a ticket.
I have a dispute with my CC company, hopefully they can help me, because these people are scam artists.!

The quality of the cloths is horrible the styles are wonderful. However, took one month to get the order. And I wanted to return one of the items. I've been writing to them for about a month and no response!

Ordered a dress, waited over 3 weeks with no delivery, contacted the site which stated it hadn't been shipped, dress then arrived a week later, I will never again in my life use one of these pop up sites where the dress on the model looks amazing, really good quality, when in fact what I got was nothing like the picture, I ordered a long sleeve midi dress, now I'm 5.8" so would never order a mini dress for obvious reasons, this dress was 3 1/4 sleeves, no where near midi as it only just covered my modesty, and was so see through I looked like a lap dancer. So appalled by the whole disastrous experience, its putting me off online shopping all together, not only the ill fitting dress the I was gutted about, the dress comes packaged in what looks like a black bin liner with no return address and no delivery note, so save your money and avoid these sites, I've had my fingers burnt never again...

I placed an order for 5 items on November 7th, 2015 and still had not received my order over month later. Rosewe reported that I had not included the buzzer # of my apartment which, I DID before shipment. After much back and forth with the company I had to pay an extra $30 for them to resend my package. It finally arrived today MARCH 24TH, 2016 and only TWO of the items I placed are correct. I am BEYOND infuriated. Will never order from this company again.

I bought two shirts and they are of the cheapest quality of material I have ever seen or felt. I truly believe they sewed the items together over night. There was no size label. Instead of Made in America it should read "Made in the Basement."

When I ordered over $100 of clothes from ROSEWE, it took almost a month for my shipment to arrive. Once I got my order, the clothes appeared and fit nothing like the pictures they present on their website which I've leaned that are stolen pictures. It's cheap material with threads handing out and look like it was hand sown together very horribly. Then once I tried to get a refund, they gave me a hard time and didn't respond in a timely manner as stated on their website. Then they only wanted to refund me the most 15% refund because of how cheap the clothes were, they stated. Which should have been a sign that the prices were too low and too good to be true. PLEASE RUN FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered from this company and it took a month for me to receive my order... so any review that stated that they order was quick must be someone from their company writing a fake review. Their clothes are nothing like the pictures they show on their website. Their clothes are not true to size and they are made out of the worst and cheapest material ever. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD WORKING MONEY ON THIS COMPANY! I have sent several messages and emails for a refund and they took forever to respond and when they did respond, they respond consist of trying to find reasons not to refund me, so most likely I will have to try to go through my bank so I can get my money back. Please Please don't waste your time and money with this company you will regret it!

I ordered 3 large oversized "sweaters" from this company because of the super cute photo of a girl wearing one as a throw on after the gym. Well... I got them today and I should've known better. The "sweater" is actually a jersey knit and a large "oversize" doesn't even fit my 10 year old. When I tried to look in the bag for an invoice to return, wouldn't you know it, it doesn't exist. I went to the website and without an order #, you can't request a return. Interesting right? Thankfully I put this through paypal and I have opened a case against them. May not get my money back but hopefully this post will save someone else from this mistake!

This is a beautiful dress in person, it is exactly as pictured. Well made and not at all cheap looking despite the low price. This dress is SO amazing. The dress is high quality and it fits perfect. It's so beautiful. I highly recommend this dress. I will buy from this brand again.

Great dress for the price! Very stylish and classic. Length is good. Not too short. Fabric has good stretch, perfect for hugging those curves. I am 5' 3" about 118 lbs and the size 4 is perfect. I usually wear XS clothes so don't be misled by the size 4. I am extremely happy with my purchase.
This is the first petticoat I've bought and it was a good choice. Not itchy, gives just the right amount of fullness to your skirts and dresses. Item is lined with satin so the crinoline doesn't actually touch your skin, but even if it did, it is a soft material. It is a longer petticoat, but I bought the black, so even if it shows it looks cute. Would purchase again in a different color.
This whole experience was a waste of time and money. I paid immediately for my item but it wasn't shipped for 3 weeks. Once I got the item, 2 weeks later, it wasn't anywhere close to what I saw in the picture. I order the waist shaper that was supposed to cover from the bosom down to the top of the panty line. No where close to that. Overall it was just a horrible experience and I will NEVER buy from this company again.

These clothes are so cheaply made. PLEASE do not order from them you will be sorry that you did. If you file a claim through pay pal it takes forever and then you will still be responsible for the costs to ship it all the way back to china.
