I ordered an item from this site and when I tried to log back in to check the status of my order, it said my password or username was not correct. My order was supposed to arrive within 7-10 business days... it has now been 17 business days and my order is not here. I tried to contact them via the phone number listed on their website and it was an inactivated number. I am almost positive that they took my debit card information and used it to make a $133.99 purchase. I am going through a nightmare now with my bank trying to get the money back from my original purchase and the fraud purchase that just so happened to come into play shortly after my purchase was made. I don't know... too much of a coincidence for my liking. ABSOLUTE SCAM!
Please close your business immediately because who in hell owns a company this day and age where you can't speak with a person about your $#*! you paid for none the less your ordered and received a month later... complete hott mess!

Terrible experience. They don't send you at all what you think you have purchased. They steal images from other websites to market. Then over a month later you receive a completely wrong item that they tried to recreate in China.
I have reached out over 5 times now for a refund and no one will respond!

I ordered a bathing suit. Their website says that they ship 1-4 days after they receive payment. They have had my payment for 2 weeks and have yet to ship the bathing suit. I have contacted them and they say they answer email within 24 hours. I have not heard from them for 3 days. Terrible way to do business

This is the second review I am writing I have ordered two bathing suits at different times and I have been completely satisfied with the delivery and the bathing suit I love them I am sorry for all of you that are having such negative results from this site. I will order a third time from this company.
I made the order and chose rush 2-3 day shipping. After 1 month my order was finally PROCESSED and SHIPPED and they only sent 1 of the two items and no refund of the item they did not send and NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Then the item they sent is so tiny I can not put it on my cat. I followed the sizing chart exactly.
Really this company is pure crap and you cannot get any customer support or refunds. Don't waste your time or money.

Do not buy from this website! They do not reply to requests for refunds, they just 'open a ticket' and do no further action. Clothing not true to size and disproportionate. I am now stuck with a jacket I don't want. Terrible. They should not be allowed to con anyone else!
