I am ashamed to admit that I got taken by those beautiful pictures they have on their website. I ordered 3 beautiful looking maxi dresses and what I received I can't even describe. The dresses do not resemble the photos at all and the quality is so cheap that I can even use the rag to wash my bathroom floor with. They are refusing for me to return them and they are offering me only 20% refund. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. They should be closed down
Rosewe is a scam! They use the stock photos of the original manufacturer clothing but what you receive is a really $#*!TY knockoff! It's not worth the hassle to return it to China for a nonexistent possibility of a refund. Spare yourself!

Total scam I waited nearly 2 months for my stuff wanted to take them on holiday, they came the material was cheap the whole outfits were disgusting not what you see on the website. Bought over $150 worth of what I thought would be beautiful pieces for the summer. Boy was I wrong. All of the clothes were no where near the material shown in the pics the stole from other sites. One outfit was so sheer it couldn't be worn with any underwear. None of the dresses flowed correctly, everything was just horrible. I e-mailed asking for a refund and no one ever replied, so I ended up throwing everything away. What a waste of money. I was so disappointed in them! I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from them!

I purchased several items, all of which were low quality as I expected for the price. However, the item I spent the most on, a $29 jacket was unreasonably different from the picture. As pictured was a designer cut grey leather jacket with a slim fit. What I received was a shiny silver plastic coat that fit like a plastic bag. The cut itself was unwearable. I was told to send it back to China which is international shipping at $12+. I did. I was told I would not be refunded my money on shipping. I looked a few months later to see my refund and I wasn't there. I contacted them to see if they just forgot and the cs rep asked why it took me so long to ask for a refund. And not in a nice way. She said "why it take you so long to ask." That was all she said. Apparently I didn't think I needed to tell them how to do their job. My bad. Then u asked when u was getting my refund. She argues w me about it for a week back and forth taking 1-2 days to respond every time. Then she says I'll get my refund when I send it back... The thread she is responding to includes the tracking info and the fact that we've already established that it was sent back. I will be pursuing a full refund through my credit card company.

I bought a dress from rosewe site and came in horrible condition. Really don't do the same mistake! Don't you ever order from rosewe! I contact the customer service and their answer was -listen this!- to give the dress as present if I don't like it! OMG. Horrible costumer service. They refuse a refund!

I brought a Jump suite looks nothing like the picture it a lie everything is made out of the same satin material, i am not even able to step into the jumpsuit because of the way they made it, the front is a square shape not a v like it should be. I wish i would have know it was from China I would have left this site it took a month for them to ship when i finally got it it was upsetting, i bought 6 different items and they all are different in every way on the picture but when i got it they where the same shape, I asked for my order to canceled and they ship the crap anyway. I did receive my order in 7 days but was unable to track my shipment, kept getting an error message. Tried to send a "ticket" and got an error message. Tried to do the "live chat" and it was just an email, which I never recieved a response and lastly I called and just got a message saying the person you are trying to reach is unavailable please leave a message. I did and again, no call back. When I received the dress, size was not even close to the correct size. I ordered the size using their sizing chart. It was about 2 sizes smaller and it was a maxi dress that came down to just under my knees. I honestly didn't know it was shipped from China, I did not see that when you check on the "about our company ". The quality of the dress is poor. It looks like they sewed it very quickly. It is true, you get what you pay for.

I waited over three months for product. When it arrived at post office it was sent back as they posted no address on package. I sent them the tracking info and they will not aknowledge their mistake. They are now taking forry percent off my refund and i already had paid for shipping. They deliberately did this to scam more money from me
