DO NOT buy anything from this company. It took over a month for me to get the bathing suit that I ordered. It says on their website to make sure you check the size chart before ordering which I did a XL bathing suit according to there size chart should have it my daughter. It then says that if you order the wrong size and it is Their fault and you did check the chart that they are responsible for paying return shipping but if I didn't check the chart then I am responsible. I CHECKED THE DAMN CHART. I received it and its tiny. The Customer service people will go back and forth with you. Even after I sent them a screen shot of their website stating the above about return shipping they still will not refund my money and pay for return shipping. They said it will not be cheap to send it back to China. Their solution is to let me keep the bathing suit that does not fit and refund me 10-15%... SUCH A RIP OFF... So I am doing what I promised the Customer Service Rep. Writing a bad review. Don't Fall Victim To this Garbage Website.

Very deceiving

As I said very deceiving. I just discovered this website with all these similar reviews and I totally agree with them. Unfortunately I didn't those reviews before purchasing my dresses.
Me too, ordered 3 dresses. I got 3 "dresses" or fabrics with very bad quality, different color of the picture (white was not even white), different and ugly design than what was on the website. Yes, made in CHINA with no name of brand.
Again, I have no clue why this website is still working. I sent a ticket for a full refund but still no answer.
I am so deceived and feel scammed.

Would be ordering again

The sizes are off and my lace dress looks like a 5 year old cut it. Picked up the black dress and black dye came off all over my hands! Rip off!

What a Ripoff!

This has to be the worst purchase I made in my years of online shopping. I have never heard of a company that makes you take pictures of yourself, wearing their article of clothing, in order for them to decide whether or not, its exchangeable or refundable. My huge purchased was a waste of money ($156 worth) because none of their clothes look how they look in their pictures, and I'm stuck with a bunch of unwanted clothes. The material is cheap and the fit is not right. I reached out to Rosewe before the 30 days grace period for a return and received no response at all. There's no contact number or person to reach. You just have to send an email in hopes of a response. I wish I did my research on this company before my purchase because I would have known better to not order anything from them. I am very disappointed and hopes I can save someone else from the same disappointment.

Total crap.

I am a 45 year old woman and gave all the clothes I ordered to a 13 year old girl. That's how bad the sizing is. The fabric is cheap and the clothing is horribly made. Hideous.

I ordered from Rosewe.com on a whim but then read some negative things about. I asked for my order to be cancelled. This is what their policy states -

You are allowed to cancel order in user account before payment. After payment, if you want to cancel, please visit Live Chat or submit a ticket and our customer service will do it for you. All orders canceled within 12 hours of purchase will be eligible for a full refund. But after 12 hours, we charge a handling fee of $3/piece. Orders cannot be canceled after shipment.

So I was willing to lose $3. They argued that I should let it ship and I said "NO". They shipped anyway. The two piece swimsuit arrived. The sizing is so off. The bottoms fit like a small/xs and the top fits like a large. Noone could wear this. So I contacted them again and again. They offered me a $5 refund through paypal on something that costs almost $25. Then they tell me it's not worth it to me to return it because they keep so much for shipping, etc... so I should give it to a friend. No one can wear this.

They are completely in the wrong here since I asked for the order to be cancelled and they refused. Since I asked fro them to cancel, I feel like they owe me the full amount minus the $3. I am willing to return the swimsuit but not for what they are offering me as a refund. I am still fighting this with them through paypal and their site. Most unethical company ever. I am trying to get the word out to others not to order from them!

UPDATE - Rosewe never gave me a full refund. They offered me $5, then $7 for an almost $25 swimsuit. I filed a dispute with Paypal and they told me they would get me a full refund if I mailed it back at my expense. That was going to be almost $23 (shipping to China is super expensive). SO I went back to Paypal and they sided with me. Rosewe agreed to give me a huge $5 refund and Paypal covered the rest. Thank you Paypal for being an honest company. I just wish they would quit working with companies like Rosewe. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Their photos are not their own and you will not get what you see in them.

We allow the cancellation of an order, but if it's already sent out before you request, cancel is not possible. You can only reject the package when it attempts to deliver.

I can't get enough of this beautiful dress that I bought 3 more. The color is beautiful and it fits perfect. I do wear it w leggings. I'm 5'2 and 160lb. Bust is a 36D. Wide shoulders. I will wash it in cold water and line dry.

Stay far away!

I ordered a bathing suit OVER A MONTH AGO and it has not yet arrived. When I tried to get support on their website, all I get is an error message back. I did get a tracking number and my item is still in China OVER A MONTH AFTER ORDERING! Totally unacceptable to have this type of service and then no recourse if and when there is an issue. In my note to them on their website for customer issues that go nowhere or come back with an error message I have asked for a stop ship and a full refund. Do not use this poor excuse for an online retailer.

Funny how there are no issues when they are ready to take your $$$$

First of all, sorry for any inconvenience that it may bring. We always send orders in the time frame we promised, 1-4 working days, but if you purchased pre-sale item, it takes a much longer time.
The delivery period depends on the shipping method you choose. If you choose flat rate shipping, it’s quite slow and generally 2-3 weeks of delivery. Standard shipping takes 1-2 weeks, and expedited shipping is as fast as 3 days delivery.

Rosewe online order

I never received any contact from Rosewe. They kept saying that I could call a number but there was no answer. They answered me via email on the website and stated that they would take care of the return. However, they NEVER sent any information. I decided to just give the items to friends. Amazon informed me to contact the company This went on for over 3 months. If you ar not sure of your size PLEASE do not deal with this company. It will eave you upset and frustrated trying to return the item. It took so long in dealing with them I should have disputed with my credit card company. I will if it ever happens again. Also, the items were promised to come in a few weeks and it took almost 6 weeks. Please be careful. Your hard earned money willbe worth it!

Rosewe STOLE my money

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM ROSEWE.
I usually purchase online but rosewe has been the worst company ever. I purchased clothing in January, and it is now April and I still haven't received them. I emailed them complaining and asking for a refund but they are ignoring me and not responding. They've stolen my money and I feel like I can't do anything about it.

Great light-weight flannel

I ordered 3 different kinds of flannel shirts, and liked this one by far the best. I was looking for something to wear indoors layered over a t-shirt, and this is perfect for that. It's very comfy and light-weight. I ordered a large. I'm 5'5" 147 lbs and like my clothes on the loose side, and this fit perfectly.

GARBAGE STUFF

Im blown away of how poor the quality is of items i received from Rosewe... The pictures on the website are lies. They must be stolen from different websites and the clothing is a cheaply made copy. The material they use couldn't even be used for a dolls clothing.
JUST awful. I feel like i was stolen from. They should be arrested! FRAUD! I wish i could add pictures

I purchased some items that were inferior quality, no labels of any maker. There was a label that read "made in china". Do not trust the site, the products, or any warranty. Once I contacted Rosewe customer service, their response was "there may be differences in the site and our products". I had to file a dispute with credit card to get Rosewe to send me a return label for my refund. I'm still waiting for a refund.

Ordered 3 items, a skirt, swimsuit and necklace. I felt like the skirt was a bait and switch, the picture was much nicer than what I received, which was a cheap version if the pic. It was a cheap material and color was totally off. The swimsuit was OK, but size runs small, even though I double checked US sizing before ordering. The necklace was OK. I'm not returning the skirt, I just gave it away. I placed the order and it took 3 weeks for the item to ship. Once shipped it took another 2 weeks to arrive from China. I won't purchase from them again.
