Do not use this site if you expect to receive the item you ordered! I ordered a bikini and received a dress! Contacted then and was offered a 15% refund (about £2) and I could keep the product, I advised that this was not acceptable and that I expect a full refund upon receiving the item, their response was I could have a 60% refund upon receipt of the item which should be sent recorded delivery! This site needs shutting down before someone loses serious money!

I made an order over 2 months ago and the dresses first of all were very short and very small and I am tiny!
So I returned my items, paying more for tracked posting. I waited and waited, still no refund! So I emailed someone for a month and a half who kept asking me the same questions which I answered. Why are you returning this, constantly asked how can we help you when I repeatedly told them over and over again! So I then also submitted a ticket which I finally got through to after 2 months and was then told I could only get a 60% refund! Eh the policy does not state this. They then said this is because we had to pay for shipping... Eh I had to pay a lot to return the items back!
I finally agreed just to take the 60% and now their going on about giving me store credit! Eh I do not want to purchase anything else from the site. I just want my money back! As I seen below everyone is having this problem and I told them that and told them I was going to report them and their reply was what do you want us to do!
Such a scam, just give us our refunds...

The size fit me perfectly in length. Down to ankle and won't touch the floor even if I wear flats. It have been always difficult for me to buy a maxi dress as it's always too long and I don't want to pay extra to alter it.

I put in a ticket today because the bathing suit I had ordered from them to my work was returned by the postal service to the sender for not having the right address on the box. I explained to the and included a photo of the shipping alert where I was supposed to receive my bathing suit on April 27,2016. The response back to my inquiry was "Please make sure you have checked the size chart before ordering. If the size information on Rosewe is wrong, we are responsible for it. If it's correct, you are responsible for any fees caused by return and exchange. Please check the policy first, http://www.rosewe.com/return-policy-a90.html " I wrote back, "It has nothing to do with sizing. You did not put the correct address in when you shipped it and now the product I bought is being shipped back to you. I want my bathing suit!" What the hell! I am beginning to think they sent an empty box with the wrong address on it on purpose! I needed this swimsuit for May 23,2016 but I highly doubt I'll get it in time!

I ordered 4 items from rosewe and received them in ok time. I tried them on and 2 of them did not fit right. I opened up a ticket with them to find out a return address and have had some ridiculous responses that are bordering on cheeky! Instead of them giving me the return address and sending them back they have suggested i give them to friends or family. £40 might not seem like a lot of money to some people but i would much prefer my refund. After 18 days and going back and forward with silly messages and me asking the same question I am no further in my quest for a return address. If they can suggest that sending them back is out of my price range then not receiving my £40 refund is to. I would not recommend this site to anyone!

I checked the sizes as i told you in a previous message and I ordered L based on what my size would be on your website.
As every woman knows sometimes even in your size things may not fit right.
I have not at any time through our messages back and forth been offered a full refund. Only after leaving this review have you now sent me the return address and have said I would only receive a 60% refund when i should be getting a full refund. Not good enough! Thank G-d I paid through PayPal. I can only suggest to people if you are going to buy from this website take every precaution so that if something goes wrong you are able to get your money back.

I ordered two items, both items ordered was the same size, when they arrived one fitted ok and the other one was 3 sizes smaller even tho it said the same size inside, I couldn't even get it pass my knees, I contacted them and they advised me to cheak on there size chart before ordering, I replied back stating both same size on the label but not looking at them, very different in size, there reply was to sell it on eBay if it doesn't fit as the postage to return is to high and they wouldn't give refund.

Product came ripped and was horrible quality. It honestly looked like it had alreasy been worn because the stickers they put in the crotch area were crumpled. I measured myself to get the right size and the sizes seemed off so I ordered one size larger. It had to be at least 2 sizes too small! I was pissed. Their return policy is crap too. Did I mention it's a Chinese company? Made in China s@#$. They need to be more clear on the return policy BEFOREHAND. You have to pay return shipping and even then you may not get a full refund! ITS BS. DO NOT order from this company

I thought i was too smart to fall for these on line sites that keep popping up on Facebook, but i fell for this one being it was the first time i saw their ad. I was too stupid to google their review ratings. I learned the hard way.
I ordere a sequined tee that i thought would be perfect for my weekend getaway. Ten days later the site indicated the order was still being processed. I was already back from my trip. I tried to cancel the order, but they replied days later to be patient. I filed a dispute with paypal, and then escalated the dispute when i still hadn't heard from them or received the item. Four weeks later it showed up as crappy as can be, a cheap polyester fabric, the sequins stuck together, the sewing worse than i would manage if i made myself a tee.
Now paypal sees that my order has been shipped and to return it back to china would probably cost me as much as i paid for it. Besides, i doubt they'll refund me anyway, since they're UNETHICAL~! Now i'm trying to file another dispute because it is 'not as described'. Unless you're a shopper who thinks that $20 dresses are a great buy, rather than you get the crap you paid for, DO NOT SUPPORT THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY.

I placed a order and took one month to get my order. No email saying on back order or anything. After two weeks of placing the order I had to email a complaint about where my order was another two weeks later I got a response saying here is the tracking information about where the order is coming from China. They only sent it then after my complaint. Not fast service when you place a order. Also the phone number I called a few times is out of services. Only way to contact them is a email. Not happy. Going to receive my order in the next day or two. Hopefully it fits, because then I have to deal with the returning and getting a Refund! I hope that isn't a pain to do. Ugh!

Bought a silver sequin tee shirt item arrived after 1 month- totally different colour, different from picture. Threads hanging off, no shape to it, really really poor quality.
Would never have ordered if I had known it was to be a cheap copy from China!
