I ordered a jumpsuit and bathing suit. My order took over a month to get here and then the items were WAY TOO SMALL. Over 3 weeks to get a response from customer service and the response I received was:
"hello, our size is Asian size, have you check our size chart and choose 1-2 up when you place an order... we are sorry for that and you can return it back. Have you review our return policy? But it is not worthwhile for you to return according our return policy, you should bear the shipping fee back, it is so expensive and you should wait a long time and we just refund you not include the shipping fee when we send the order for u. As for the one you received, if you really cannot wear them, I suggest giving others as a gift or selling them on line. You will sell them at good price. How about we send you some compensationto your card, you can use it next time. Pls advise"
I may be mistaken, but NO WHERE ON THEIR SITE does it state that clothing is in "Asian" size. If I had read other reviews, I would have never ordered from them. Hoping that this review will help someone else to not make the same mistake. They did insult us with an "offer" of a 20% refund.

Charged me twice for my order of one bathing suit. Tried to cancel one - ticket submitted but never cancelled.
Then, over two weeks later I get two bathing suits that were supposed to be small but were like xl; and again I only wanted one.
Tried a ticket for that only to be ignored -still no reply
I want to send both back for full refund... How am I supposed to do that when there is no one to help me!

I sent a ticket(complaint) to them and told them the two piece stripped suit pants were cut too short. They had the nerve to send me a message asking if I measured them by myself. Made me so mad, I told them yes I measured them by myself because I am a seamstress. Then they told me they are Asian. I told them it does not matter if you are Asian or Italian, but measurements are the same. The pants were suppose to be 102 inches long, but the ones I received were only 91 inches long. I have never had anyone to talk to me like I am a idiot. Worve customer service ever

There are many bad reviews not written by real customers, but fraud competitors. We really despise it. And I really doubt you are one of them.
Ive bought 10 items from this company over a 2 month period expecting a different result. On my first order took 12 days to ship so i contacted them regarding this and they told me to be patent because they have other orders that need to be processed first. After I received my order I realized that I was suppose to have 20% off for signing up through Facebook but I never received that. I emailed the company about it and when they responded they told me to be patient because they have large orders that are being processed. I was extremely confused because I didnt mention the order at all. I didnt bother complaining because it would have been to much of a hassle and I actually like my items.
My next few orders were shipped in a timely fashion but nothing i ordered could compare to the pictures. Everything was made out of very cheap material. The pants would be to short or sit to high on my stomach, the tops did not look or fit anything like the picture (the dimensions were off) my dresses were extremely sheer.
You can receive store points for every dollar you spend and posting review/pictures. I noticed that all the reviews were positive and there is no way that every customer is a happy customer. They will not post any reviews that have 3 stars or less or any reviews with negative comments on them. If they do not like the picture you attach they will also deny your post.
Sending items back is a hassle and will end up costing you more than what you paid for the outfit.
In the end, I will NEVER order from them again. Customer service is horrible, the quality of clothing is horrible and they are not honest. Id shop at a flea market before I shop from this website again. If I could get my money back from all the money i've spent with them I would.
I recommend checking out youtube review videos and other websites before ordering from rosewe or any other site similar to them

This place is a scam. When ordering they guarantee you can return items if not satisfied. However when package arrives there is no invoice enclosed and no instructions on how to return the items. I contacted customer service and they keep giving me the run-around and will not provide a return shipping address.
I wouldn't have even given them one star but it was required to leave review.

I placed an order with rosewe and last miniute i rang the couriers who where to deliver my goods to return it back to rosewe that i wont be needing them any more. I informed rosewe of this and i was told they wouldnt be giving me my refund due to taxes and they wouldnt be collecting the goods from the international company because of taxes. I rang YODEL and they said they had returned it back and Rosewe should have received the goods! I have contacted them so many times for a refund and they keep sending me one line messages, 'we have not received it ', forgetting that they once told me that they refused the goods due to taxes! I have screen shoots of all my conversations with rosewe and i will be using it as proof to the trade ombudsman inorder to get my refund back. I spent over £100 on this PURCHASE! I feel so upset. The worst was that i even paid an excess for insurance from there shop. This is the first time i have ever being scammed by an online store! STAY CLEAR! THEY NEVER GIVE REFUNDS! BUY FROM THEM AND YOU RISK LOSING YOUR MONEY!

They shipped quickly and my items arrived fast, faster than other wholesale sites I've shopped at, which was very surprising but made me happy because this is also the cheapest site. I will probably order from here again!
The print looks a bit different from the picture but the colours are still very pretty. The material is like a silky satin kind. And i agree with the other reviewer that the hips is a bit on the tight side. If your hips are about 100cm, dont choose the M. Its very tight. The bustline fits a 34C.

After a very long wait on my product I realized the material wasn't even worth putting on my puppy. The pictures are downloaded from other places or sites and the clothes doesn't remotely resemble the picture. I would never order from them again nor would I recommend it to anyone. Once you send it back they will pretend that they have never received it even though I sent mine back on registered mail and someone actually signed for it and I got notified. I don't think I will ever see my money back! They are a bunch or scumbags!
