This company is horrible i received items that was not as it was described on the site i returned the item not only am i still waiting but the company they send it through SF-express is just as big a scam as they are they told me i will be getting a partial return because they have to pay the company to return it and 2 months later still nothing they keep sending messages to me throught email that is useless because they dont get back to you for a few days and worst yet SF- EXPRESS TELLS ME THEY HAVE A 3 MONTH HOLDING POLICY AS THEY TELL ME I WILL NEVER SEE MY MONEY BECAUSE THEY DO NOT DO RETURNS what kind of business are these two running i pathetic

I purchased a few outfits for a trip to LA and after waiting several days, I contacted them to cancel my order. Rosette finally contacted me and stated they would remove one of my items but ship the others because one of the items was on backorder. I demanded they cancel the order and refund my money, but after a few weeks, my order arrived. Needless to say, nothing fit! The jeans didn't even have a button to fasten them. The shirt I ordered looked like an oversized pillow case; the dress I purchased looked like it was the sleeve of a shirt, and the other shirt I purchased was so large my husband could fit it!
I've been trying for over a month to secure my refund but the latest is that I would only get a 60% refund because they "spent a lot of money in shipping!" I didn't ask them to ship it! I tried, even demanded they cancel my order and they still refused! This is the biggest case of fraud I've ever seen in my life! Furthermore, they claim that if I return the items, it would take up to 40 days to arrive in China and have a refund issued! I'm beyond upset!

I wish I had of looked up reviews on Rosewe.com before I ordered. Terrible products and terrible customer service. The product was cheap and falling apart upon opening the package. The swimsuit had absolutely no support up top.
I ordered from a Facebook advertisement that expressly said, "Free Return Shipping" and got this response from the company when I tried to return:

I ordered a dress the beginning of February for a March 21st event based on the company's policy that the item would ship within 1-4 business days. After about 2 weeks I followed up with the company because I had not receive a confirmation of payment and tracking number. March 10th four weeks after I placed the order I received an email with a tracking number. Checked the tracking number for the next five days and received a message stating the Tracking number could not be found. Emailed the company and their response was that your order was shipped. 3 months later I still have not received my dress. I had to file a complaint with PayPal who investigated and refunded my money. Cheap is not always good especially with this company!

They just put this fake review in my name. They ripped me off and never sent the product. And only wanted to refund me 40%. Do NOT buy from this company! BEWARE
This blouse is quite true to the size chart, the material feels nice and it makes me look thinner around the stomach area from how it sits. Great buy.
This is a must-have item. The fabric is of good quality, very comfy and warm, perfect for late autumn. Highly recommended.
This dress came out better than I imagined, the dress fits me well as if it was tailor made for me. Love it and I intend to get the same dress on another colour.
So this looks just like the picture, and I'm sure it looks best on the most slender of figures. That being said, I still like this, and can wear it even though I'm on the heavier side at the moment because the fabric is stretchy and forgiving. The belt can be worn higher, so your tummy can hide behind the loose skirt portion of the dress, so bottom line: I recommend this one.
I like this sweater a lot. I received compliments on it and it looks like the picture. Especially if you have a smaller waist you are able to wrap the belt that's attached a little tighter. By the way, the belt was free. Superise.
You can't call or talk to them... they keep responding by asking the same questions, the product was pure junk. They should be taken off Facebook ads cuz they are ripping customers off and don't care just use frustrating one line emails to drive you crazy so you stop asking for your money back. Really get a negative star if you ask me.

The delivery period depends on the shipping method you choose. If you choose flat rate shipping, it’s quite slow and generally 2-3 weeks of delivery. Standard shipping takes 1-2 weeks, and expedited shipping is as fast as 3 days delivery.
The worse, I ordered a few items, what a mistake, poor quality, doesn't fit, i sentían email and course they said unless I was given the wrong item they won't even talk with me, they also basically said that I got what I paid for, what a scam!

Ordered a dress that per the sizing chart and measurements online should have fit. When arrived, I didn't even attempt to try it on, as I could tell right away I would never get it on. Saved it for my daughter to see if she could wear rather than send back, since such a good price. Re-ordered SAME DRESS (SKU) in larger size per online chart measurements. When arrived the cut was the same but other than that, NOT the same dress. Totally different material, which I did not like, and there was no belt with it. Total different manufacturer label in the dress First dress Yizoo M, second dress New Light L. And it was still way too SMALL. I am 5' 5" and wear an American size 8. While they have very cute clothes on their site, I will NOT be ordering from Rosewe again.
**Update: I have read Rosewe's response to my review as well as their response to others reviews. It is obvious their replies are just standard mass responses. If they had read my review, they would know that BOTH times I looked at their size chart, which includes MEASUREMENTS. Their standard reply that their sizes are based off of Asian sizing does not work, when they include the measurements on their site. Their clothes need to MATCH their online measurements or change the online measurements.

Oh, how I wish I had done my research first. Like others, I was told 1 to 4 days but what they really meant was we will ship your order a week or more after you start complaining and try in vain to cancel the order before it shipped. Then I was told I had to have advance permission to reject the shipment but could never get someone to tell me how. Then they sent the wrong items and now think I'm going to accept a 60% refund for all my trouble. To the employee that's going to say sorry for my inconvenience and offer some meaningless explanation, just save it. Your company is terrible and corrupt and your words are hollow. I'm saving every communication I have had from you so be careful what you put in your response. I don't know why PayPal continues to work with you but I'm thankful for thier protection and from my credit card as well. I won't stop until I have a full refund and encourage others to do the same. This company won't stop ripping people off unless we all complain.

I ordered a swimsuit for a friend on 4/22 hoping for it to be a surprise for her because she's wanted it for a while. It shipped on 4/26 which isn't too bad for China. It made it to the US on 4/27, again not too bad for China. The next update I got it was supposedly delivered on 5/7. Yeah, that didn't happen. I was home that whole day and rarely went outside. I had a package in the mailbox that was getting picked up so the flag was up. The package was there Monday and the flag was still up so I know no one came. Also, if I had missed it my neighbor was outside as well and he would have saw them. I contact support for shipping they say they can only offer me a 20% refund. That's just an insult, the whole order was only $24! I know who I'm never ordering from again, and for anyone considering ordering from them, don't waste your money.

After a very long wait on my product I realized the material wasn't even worth putting on my puppy.
