I think they should update their website to say to expect delays in all orders. For my order, it said it would take 3-4 business days to process the order. I ordered on a Sunday messaged that Friday, got a response and it was processed on that following Tuesday. The customer service was a wonderful and fast response. My only meh feeling is the item was given a tracking number for USPS and USPS for two solid weeks said it was waiting to receive the item after that Tuesday. The item said it was coming from California and I live in California so I wasn't sure what was taking so long. I was giving it a solid 14 business days before sending another message but that day I received my item. Love the items that I ordered. Just wish they would update their processing details to say delays on all items, not just preorder items.
Great customer service when I got in touch about my order. Item arrived on time despite being shipped to Colombia which I was a bit concerned about as post here is unreliable.

Still trialling out the device but the company were very responsive when I needed assistance!
I've used it twice and although I believe it is too soon to see results it is concerning how HOT the device gets when in use. I am not able to use the Lumi for more than 15 minutes at a time because the device burns my hand.
We ordered the product as it was promoted as being one of the best for hair removal. The Web site stated 90-day money-back and no cist to return.
Not true - I have been trying since our 80th day to get them to refund and alnd allow us to return the product. I communicated to their customer care team through Email (only way to contact them) and after them saying we will add another month to your 90-days I continued to ask for a refund and a prepaid shipping label to return and get my refund. They have gone silent and I am unable to get them to respond.
Do not purchase any products, as they will not honor their return policy if you find (as we did) the product is not performing as you expected.
Delivery was timely enough and I'm enjoying the product thus far.
The order overall was easy to place on your website. The link sent to my email for tracking was active and regularly updated. Happy

Works awesome. I purchased it mostly for my upper lip and i have noticed a huge difference since using this. I used to have to get threaded every 3 weeks, im now about a week and half since i last used it and hardly any hair growth
It was really slow, but it came perfect in a great state, and the person who delivered it was really nice
