It was OK. I just wish it was more clear about shipping. The tracking page was very unclear and glitchy.

I'm only onto my third session so I can't see results just yet but the device is so easy to use, and feels very luxurious. Be sure to follow instructions and wear sunglasses when you use the IPL device though, as the light is blinding

The delivery came just as the shipping note described. I have been using it for 2 weeks now, 4 uses. I haven't noticed a difference yet but the device is easy to use and looks nice. Excited to see results.

Purchased this back in March didn't receive until end of April.

The product is good, and I just used it once. I feel a little bit warm over the use, but I think it is ok.
My complaint is about how long I need to wait to have it. I bought it on Mar/28 and received it on Apr/18, compared with Amazon, which I use to receive the next day.

I used afterpay for a bundle of the Lumi and the shaver.
Their shipping took so long, that I made all 4 payments before I even received the product. They didn't let me know it would be delivered in two deliveries, so i thought i only received half the package.
I have used the shaver so far and am fairly disappointed how hard you have to push on your skin for it to work. Spent 20 min on my legs and still missed spots.
