Don't order anything from these scammers! The clothes are complete garbage! I'm literally embarrassed to give them to the thrift store!

This is a scam……no returns and no way to communicate with the company. They don't read emails and dot or won't respond to them …DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

All of these China sites show really cute styles & appear well made but sorry to say they are nothing like the pics. Material is cheap, sizes not correct. I gave to goodwill.

This company is a joke. Straight out of China with a mediocre product. Which is why so many of you are having issues with returns and getting money refunded. Anytime you see something on you tube or fb being advertised you better do your research..

I ordered 4 items in total and received only 3 so far and since I ordered, it's been a month now. Clothes are not true to the sizes

Badly sewn - poor fitting. I had to take it apart to see if I could alter it to fit, and found the lining on the top of the dress was caught and sewn incorrectly, such that it wouldn't fit any human!

Whenever I communicate with their customer service by email, they are quick to respond and always have the perfect resolution for me. I will keep shopping with this website for a long time!

If I could choose 0 stars I would. CHICV UK LIMITED is listed as the company under terms of service for ROSELINLIN.com. I purchase a few items last year and then I purchased again recently. 2 out of the 5 items were completely unwearable garbage. Not as described at all. They show beautiful pictures then switch out what they actually ship you with different material (different color and fabric) that's very cheap and not made the same. Both times I asked for prepaid return labels on the basis that the company did not uphold their end of the order. They did a bait & switch on the products. Both times they offered a small credit but refused to let me return them unless I paid for the return - but the cost to ship back to china was the same as the price of the item. Will NEVER order from Roselinlin or any company associated with ChicV again.

Some companies on the Internet vary the product or do not ship it. But this online boutique quickly solves problems, apart from the fact that all their clothes are great, especially the dresses... I love them all!

I bought a T shirt which showed a nice cat face on it. Turns out that the cat face was just some ironed on plastic stuff, not a print. The color was also very different from what the picture showed.
