I purchased 200.00 worth of stuff and it was never delivered! I contacted them and they ONLY offered me 50% back. I paid 100% not 50%. No where in their policy does it say they only give you 50%. I have never had a company do this to me. I feel as though they STOLE my HARD EARNED MONEY!
This is the poorest quality, ill-fitting clothing I have ever seen! I normally wear a size 1X, sometimes a 2X. Because I have gotten 'burned' by Roselinlin in the past (poor sizing), I decided to order in their largest size and allowing for shrinkage I figured it would fit. Or, I could have it altered to fit. No such luck, even their size 5x didn't fit and they didn't accept the items back for return. Save your money! Do not but their clothing or jewelry items, sub-sub-sub quality! Cut styles in photos, but not what you receive.
A size Medium should be a size Small. To return an item that does not fit they do not provide an address to ship it to.
This site is also peddled as Noracora and Zolucky. The product is nothing like how portrayed online. Sizes are never correct as they take whatever product they have on their shelves, change ths sie label and ship it to the consumer. It is so difficult to return anything and that's what they're counting on. Don't get taken like I was.
I placed my order of $250PLUS almost 3 months ago. They said that they would not have taken my credit card as a form of payment. The credit card DID bill me and I now I have no order but they have my MONEY OVER $250!
I dont have extra money to just throw away How is there no order but you charge me?

I ordered clothes two weeks ago and still have not received them. I now just want a refund. They hook you up to a chat and expect you to pay to get help. I will never order here again. Don't waste your time I needed my things yesterday.
I bought a blouse from this site size small. It was way too big and poorly made. I contacted them about a return. The blouse had to be returned to China at my expense. The postage is more than what I paid for the blouse. Roselinlin.com offered an alternative. They will refund 15% and I keep the blouse. I feel cheated.
The items I ordered took about a month to arrive, and were of much poorer quality material and craftsmanship than shown in the pictures. The fabric was rough, and the items were often not even shaped like what I had intended to buy. Borderline scam.
I bought 2 dresses online from Roselinlin. I liked both. One didn't fit. I asked to return per their policy. Roselinlin said I would have to return it to Guangzhou, China, although it shipped from California. I would have to pay the shipping cost and perhaps a customs charge. "So sorry. Very expensive." They offered to give me a 15% cash refund if I chose not to return.
You cannot return the product without incurring high costs. So you had better hope it fits.

This company can not be trusted. I ordered over $130 worth of clothes and they were of exceptionally poor quality. When I contacted them for a return for refund, they said I'd be responsible for shipping costs, including any tariffs back to China. The costs for that is over $100! These items came from Wash DC so should be able to be returned there. Their response was instead of giving me a full refund they would give me 15% refund. When I refused that, then the next email was to offer me 25% refund. WHAT A HUGE SCAM! Please beware!

The shirt did not look like the picture. Make sure to measure yourself, their sizing is out to lunch. Basically the clothes are 2 sizes too small from a Canadian standpoint. The product was put in a grimmy bag and looked used. I followed the return process but it said my email doesn't match my order invoice. Even if I could send it back I would be lucky to get $6 back from $50.

I purchased items and tried to return them as clothes came damaged from opened bags. Moldy stinky cloths! Can't return them unless I pay shipping fees to China! I purchased based on the reviews but the reviews were fake. Reviews are totally not the same product as I received. So I wanted to post my own reviews. Guess what? You can't leave any product reviews! When contacted them for help, following is the reply: "We are regret to tell you that the comment function is being upgraded and not useable temporarily. The time of the re-launch is still uncertain. May we know your feedback directly? We will assist in recording and forwarding it to the relevant departments. It is our pleasure if we can help."
Their fabic is awful! Unless it is denim, everything is see through including the leggings

I received my clothing and I liked a few things but want to send the rest back. I've been trying to send the clothing back and get my money returned for those items but the company told me I have to send the package back to the factory…in CHINA!
They said "since international returns might result in long waiting time and incur substantial return costs on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve the issue. We would like to offer you a 15% cash refund instead of returning the items." This company is absolutely ridiculous! No successful clothing company would tell a customer this! Ever!

Good Luck returning something. I bought a pair of 10oz. Sneakers that didn't fit and it would cost $70 for me to ship it back to CHINA. The sneakers cost around $20 plus $10.00 shipping. No where does it say, anything about returns need to be shipped back to China. Would never buy anything from here again. Buyer beware, do not buy from website that has no customer service number. It should be a red flag.

I had ordered several items and their sizes are not true. Returned to the only address shown on my paperwork but apparently that is not correct. Their customer service states the return department is in China. Showed them tracking information and the package was received in their New York location. Was told I could check with the carrier I used to retrieve the package (too late). So they have my money and the merchandise. I will never order from them again and I urge others not to either. A $100 plus lesson learned.

I ordered a dress medium dress that was so small I would size it an xxsmall. Their return resolution was for me to send it to China at my own expense, postage more than item was worth and then wait 4-6 weeks for refund.
First off, the shirt looked nothing like what I received, the material is so cheap. I inquired about returning and never got a response via email. Then I live chatted a week later and they tried to give me 15% of total value instead of me returning item. I said, no, I want a full refund. They offered me 25% of total value. Again, I said no. They sent me shipping label to China and I have to pay shipping?! That costs more than the item itself which truly is a piece of crap. Do not order from this company. I am beyond livid.

I was very excited to receive my order, and really liked all my choices. One blouse I ordered the wrong size and have tried to return it with no luck. I received a response authorizing the return, but no return address. I sent two follow up emails asking for address and never received a response. So because of that, I regretfully won't be ordering from Roselinin again.

I cannot say this enough...! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE stay away from this company! They sell the worse clothing ever! Inferior fabric and very unattractive designs. They are the biggest scam around. What they advertise is not what you will receive. Also, be very cautious of other very similar companies that are scamming people from all angles.

Answer: Not only are they a size or two smaller, the cut is horrid definitely not fitting across the shoulders, arms, bosom of an American plus size.
Answer: There is a returns policy page on the Roselinlin website. It clearly states that you must send items to China or take a 15 percent refund. You can fight them through your banking institution or Paypal.
Answer: No such thing. They are a shady company from start to finish. They are based in China and have no way to contact them. Took me 6 weeks to get my order and I had paid extra for shipping too!
