The ordering process was very quick and easy, all the clothes are bomb and reasonably priced, and having afterpay is a brilliant idea!
I regret not reading these reviews before I ordered pants, a tan shift dress and the oft-featured green fish-print top from Roselinlin on May 6. They finally arrived May 29.
All three items were poorly made of cheap fabric, as others have noted. Apparently I ordered everything in a size "Small," despite the fact that I am definitely not small when it comes to pants. Those pants, which were said to be a loose-fit "Plus Size Small," were so tiny that I don't think even the Large would have fit me -- and the buttonhole at the waist was still sewn shut. The tan shift almost fits, but the fabric is so crappy it looks like a hospital gown. The "small" loose top, however, is very large, and it has a major defect. Both front and back consist of two flat panels with a central seam and a split at the bottom, and something went awfully wrong when they were hemming the left back panel. The bottom left careens upward so that the central back split is 1 1/4"long on the left side, and 5 1/4 inches long on the right. If I didn't have to send it back to China, I would definitely return it! However, the print is still cute... and I want to salvage SOMETHING from this order. So I'm going to hem it shorter all around, and patch in some of the fabric I'm removing to even out the back hem.
I thought these clothes were coming from London, where Roselinlin must have a retail store, not China... When I thought I wouldn't get them before I departed on an upcoming trip, I went to UNIQLO in a nearby mall. UNIQLO has a lot of the same linen-look casual clothing made in China -- except that their stuff is very well made, with really nice fabrics -- and you can try everything on. The things I bought there were just as reasonably priced, too!
After over a month since I placed my order that did not arrive, I got my full refund last Friday. I am still giving them 1 star rating because:
(1) If the product is out of stock, they should have indicated that when I placed my order so that I did not have to waste my time waiting and could have ordered somewhere else. That was meant as a Mother's Day gift and I had to rush and find something else when they did not deliver.
(2) I never got any updates about any delays in delivery until I emailed them and ask about my order.
(3) It took them a long time to issue a full refund. When they put the money back into my credit card account, I did not even get a notification. I had to constantly check myself if and when I will get my refund.
Overall, this is a bad experience and I will not order from them again, nor will I recommend them to my friends.

I got an email reply from them and here is what they said:
"Unfortunately the delivery of your item(s) in ROSELINLIN order has been slightly delayed due to unexpected shortage of some hot-selling item(s). Your item(s) will be scheduled to be dispatched from our warehouse in 8-15 business days.
For the delay issue, we would like to compensate you with 5% money refund of the delayed items' value. You can contact us to refund you this amount after you receive and keep the item(s).
Could you please wait and keep the item(s) on hold until stock arrives? Once your item(s) is dispatched from our warehouse, you'll receive a tracking email from us.
If you run into any issue, please do not hesitate to contact us."
I replied that I just want to cancel my order, since that was meant to be a Mother's Day gift.
They tried to convince me to keep my order, and offered at 10% money refund. But I said I just want to cancel it since I needed it for Mother's day and they did not deliver.
Their reply:
"Thanks for your information.
Your order has been cancelled. We will process the refund in one week.
FYI: It will take longer time (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is credit card.
If you run into any issues, please feel free to drop an email to us and we will get back to you ASAP."
That email was sent on May 12th and it is now May 19th. I'm giving them one more week to process my refund. I will update this review in about a week or so depending on what they will do next. I just want to get my money back.
I have ordered 5 pieces of clothing worth over a hundred dollars from Roselinlin last April 21st and it is now May 10th but my order has not arrived. I have not received any shipping confirmation and whenever I track my order on their website, it just shows Inspection Completed.
THEY ALREADY GOT THE MONEY FROM MY CREDIT CARD BUT NO CLOTHES WERE DELIVERED.
The other reviews here said that they promptly deliver, but that is not true at all in my case.
I ordered a shirt and a dress from Roselinlin on April 30th. The website indicated that normal shipping would be from 5-10 days; luckily I didn't opt for express service, since those 5-10 days turned into 3 weeks, with 1 item showing up one day and the other several days later. Neither came with the typical return paperwork in order to allow one to send the item back, nor with any return address. The XL shirt was waaaay too small (in pretty much any other brand, an XL fits me just right), while the dress did not bear any resemblance to the dress I had ordered - it looked like a long gray sack.
I did receive a response from customer service that can only be reached via e-mail, indicating that the return address is China, so that it would cost a fortune to return the items, but that I could receive 15% back instead, So I'm donating the items to charity (though who would ever wear the dress is impossible to know) and hoping to receive the 15%.
I think that the positive reviews have been written by employees of Roselinlin...

Their policy states: 2. RETURN SHIPPING FEES ARE AT CUSTOMERS' OWN EXPENSE.
They have sent the wrong size and still, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
How is that? They know this will cost too much and they offer a ridiculous 15% refund.
I have agreed to this refund but they stopped responding to my emails.
STILL NO REFUND.

Fraud! Don't shop at this website. I was trying to find out the tracking information and I contact them by email but no response at all. They gave you a different website to track your order, and it shows only Chinese. The link shows that is unsecured link. You can't even see any tracking information on it. I purchased 4 items and they were just sent me 2 items. The quality of the Fabric is very cheap. I thought I purchased Linen clothing, but what I have received is made of cotton. You don't know what the brand is and where does it come from? I have learned my lesson, don't buy anything form the website that you are not familiar. I already contact Paypal and having them to open the case for me. PayPal found that there is a different company name was charged my money. So I believe that this Chinese company is trying to making money by this website link. Just be aware!

So angry to receive trash from this shop. They don't response when you emailed them for return. I regret not doing my homework i. E. to check reviews before hand. They are all ugly clothes with poor quality. I ordered 4 items and nothing look like those in the picture at all. I bet the good reviews here are written by their staff.

DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY!
I bought 3 items for $60 and 2 months later finally received 2 of the items. One item is so scratchy I can barely touch it. The other is see through. And 1 item didn't arrive.

So a full month later, I got one of the three items I ordered. A basic grey t-shirt. I like a deep V and am VERY picky about my t-shirts. I'm full figured and usually buy a 1x or a 2x. When my order didn't show I read other reviews saying everything was Chinese small.
Well, my newest grey t-shirt Is super soft, a super great medium shade of gray with some texture. It's NOT all cotton it's a bit stretchy AND IT IS HUGE! Like a good 4X. But I kind of love it.
So four weeks later some small churren somewhere in China made me a great sleep shirt.
Now where is my dress and linen pants? Will they be here before summer is over?

This is some Chinese company (NTTAWT) that apparently makes things after you order them. Its been weeks since I ordered. Any good reviews here are lies.
I'm taking them off my site.
The item I ordered is horrible, too small and poor quality cloth. The item was shipped from Cranberry NJ, but to return it I am told I must pay costs to CHINA! Do not buy from this company.

I ordered over a month ago. Received 1 out of 4 dresses. However, in addition to only receiving 1 out of 4 the order was wrong. The order was for 2 of the same dress. Then only one of them came and neither of the other two came at all yet. No packaging slip in side to make a return if I wanted to. The dress was not linen as it said it was suppose to be. I have sent over a dozen email message requesting status of the other three items with no response. There is no phone numbers to call. To top it all off the company is in China, which I was not aware of. If I would have known that I would not have ordered. Hines sight is 20/20. I should have read the reviews first. I would not have ordered at all.

Extremely poor quality, only one piece out of 5 arrived. The fabric is not cotton - there are no percentages on the label, but I doubt there is more than 1% cotton in it. Notice how blurry the pictures are of the fabric? The fit is horrible. Returns must be shipped to China at your expense, or they've offered a 15% refund to pay for a tailor to fix the fit - seriously? Trying to cancel the order, but impossible. So sorry I gave them a dime. It appears I'm out at least $100+. Expensive lesson - RUN FROM THIS SITE.

It appears this is a common theme, I placed my order over 1 month ago only to be told that part of the order is being delivered, value $3. The Clothing I ordered has still not arrived, I cannot get any explanation and again the Tracking No. I was sent is invalid. My warning, do not purchase from this website

Shipment delayed with continual excuses and refusal to refund money. Disputed payment on credit card delayed and then say that partial shipment is on the way. Tracking number is invalid and unable to track. One of 4 items arrived. It is polyester not linen as advertised and poorly made. After 2 months they made partial reimbursement. Garbage and BS all in one order.

The sizes rune too small, takes forever to receive an order, and the fabric is not linen like it looks in the pictures. Its like crepe. Clothes are not worth a dime.

I ordered the casual bottom pants last April and today they arrived. Oh boy! The crutch is so low, and for 3/4 length pants, they come to the ground! Even when I pull them up to my breasts, they are way too long. I thought about taking them apart and fixing them, but there is so much that needs doing to make them wearable, I'm just going to throw them out. It would be an insult to give them to someone else. But, I will NEVER EVER order anything online like this again. I will only go through reputable firms. Its such a shame, as they looked fabulous on the model. I don't think what I got was anything like what she was wearing.

This is an update on my original review. This shop is a fraud. The money I spent went to CHICVINTERN. If this is on your credit card history, I suggest you reverse the payment straight away or start a dispute via your bank or PayPal. The experience is this: order 100% linen or cotton clothing from the images they use which portray good quality and well cut garments modelled by westerners. They send the item/s and they are polyester and poorly made and sized wrongly. When you request a return they try to get you to accept a 15% refund instead, and do not supply an address. If you persist they go up to $35% and eventually send you a return address. The return address is in China and although it appears on Google Earth, there is no way of validating it, as they refuse to provide a phone number. The package has no clue, because in my case it was sent from a PO address in Sydney, Australia.
My experience was that they had sent a single item when I had bought four, and they sent two more items out after I had told them I wanted a full refund. They seem to do this in order to satisfy PayPal's investigation team. I took it up with VISA and they just reversed the payment, thankfully. The minute the payment was reversed, surprise, surprise, not a peep out of Roselinlin anymore. They haven't even asked for the clothes back. Not surprised as they are worth about $5 each if that. So DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE PICTURES AND DESCRIPTIONS, they are nothing like what they send. I've tried to upload comparison photos. First shows what they sent. Then what they showed on their site.

I used Paypal and now am in a transaction dispute because the "Capri Linen Pants" are just polyester and cotton. Not made of natural fabric. Don't even look like the advertisement. Notice how Blurry and Indistinct the photos are sometimes? That's a clue that you aren't going to get what you ordered. If they make a mistake and send you something that's not even like what they advertised, then they have the unmitigated gall that instead of a return, you can have 15% discount if you order more CRAP FROM THEM. They threaten you about how difficult it is to ship to china, how there may be customs duties and so on. Take a hint from me, don't even order unless you use Paypal and can use their dispute resolution... but even better yet just walk away. Look at the other reviews and think about whether you can afford to just throw money away. ZERO STARS

Answer: Not only are they a size or two smaller, the cut is horrid definitely not fitting across the shoulders, arms, bosom of an American plus size.
Answer: There is a returns policy page on the Roselinlin website. It clearly states that you must send items to China or take a 15 percent refund. You can fight them through your banking institution or Paypal.
Answer: No such thing. They are a shady company from start to finish. They are based in China and have no way to contact them. Took me 6 weeks to get my order and I had paid extra for shipping too!
Answer: Please do not order - the clothes smell and are awful quality. Do not be fooled by the pictures!

Answer: Yes, it is a scam. I ordered three items in May (it's now the end of July) and I still haven't received them. Call your bank and file a fraud claim or go through PayPal. Bank is faster.
