After waiting over a month to receive my order, I was so disgusted but how they misrepresented their fabrics. I received all polyester shirts, not the cotton linen blend as shown on their web page. Do not order from this scam business. Now I have to try to see how I can return this absolute crap I just paid for.

I received my items for the supposed Roselinlin it was actually from Misslook. Stuff that look like linen is actually cheap cotton. The store says they are located in England but the clothes came from China. AGAIN ITS NOT LINEN AND DEFINITELY NOT TRUE TO SIZE. Do not waste your money or time.

No way to track items (# is not recognized), return them and all items not what I ordered. It took over a month to receive a partial order and now I need to donate them all to Goodwill.

Small pants were too large, fabric was odd cotton polyester blend, and must return to China for money back (and they mention that it is expensive to return).

The process of getting a return label was non-existent despite the fact that I rbegan it less than 12 hours after the clothes arrived. Numerous emails and nothing other than " we will reimburse 15% of your cost and if you paid by credit card it could take several weeks "! Really? I basically flushed $98.00down the toilet.
Poorly made clothes and company has yet to send return address (. It's inin Guanchouz China.) These clothes are not as described synthetic instead of cotton, seams unfinished. WalMart clothes look 200% better than this garbage

I just threw away $70+ For poorly made, soiled clothes that don't fit! Wish there was a way that I could report these people... awful and the worse quality I've ever seen such poor quality and really want my money back but of course their website doesn't work.

Customer Service is bad, shipping takes foreeeever. The links to track a package dont work or tgey will direct you to Chinese websites where u cant read anything. Their products are very cheap, not worth the money. They will give you a hard time to return the items. Dont buy from Roselinlin!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! From start to finish a terrible experience! I paid extra for "express" shipping 3-10 days because I wanted the shoes for a trip. They didn't even ship until day 10 and the order didn't come until 10 days after that. The shoes are the wrong color. 3 pairs of pants are absolutely nothing like what was shown and described.and do not begin to fit... made for someone with very short skinny calves and a very big waist! 1 short sleeved top is long sleeved. One blouse is OK and one pair of pants is wearable although nothing like those pictured. I can find no way to return anything. When I realized the order hadn't shipped after the first week I wrote to "customer service" twice to say they should cancel if they couldn't get the order to me in time. No response. I should have known better but checked first and saw some positive reviews... those must be plants.

Damn, i feel foolish for not doing my due diligence and checking reviews for these products. The photos looked so good! I ordered a shirt, which was fine but the size was not accurate. The apron/dress was terrible looking, with terrible fit and poor construction. And everything arrived super wrinkled! I have contacted them asking about returns since there was no mention of this on their website nor the packing slip. Based on what I read on Sitejabber, I think I just wasted my money.

Hoping you read this before you get taken. More and more I only do business with companies stateside. I don't care what the "value" is because the folks in China see us as gullible targets. Luckily I reviewed before I sent my order. American buyers BEWARE!

These people are laughing all the way to the bank. On their website, they give all the disclaimers about refunds, etc., but what they don't tell you is they sew XL tags in S clothes. Don't buy this crap! Mark all ads as SPAM and move on sister! Trust me and all the other reviews.

I wish I had read the reviews BEFORE I ordered a top & pants! What a rip off. The sizes I asked for (XL for the pants & XXL for the top). The XXL top is too smal and the XL pants fit fine. They are NOT LINEN as advertised. Shame on you ROSELINLIN" SHAME ON YOU!

I placed an order with this company more than a month ago and still have not received my items! Going to report them to my credit card and see what can be done. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Plus, from what I'm reading, I'm not sure I want to receive the items as everyone is saying they misrepresent what they sell and you do not get what is pictured online. It is so sickening to be taken advantage of by people that do not care how they treat the consumer! All of these people need to be put in jail for what they do to others!

They do not reimburse your money. Cloths are NOT what they show in the catalog. I am trying - as I am typing this note - to get my $ back. Store is located in CHINA, no customer service to speak off. STAY AWAY does not handle costumers the way we are used to in the United States. Reported to the BBB and my credit card.

Quaity - what is Quality? They do not know this, they lie about the fabric, say cotton and than deliver synthetic, the photos presented on Website (style, Colors) have nothing to do with parts delivered, I ordered a dress and a sack was coming
Delivery - it came drop by drop, only 5 items ordered, shipped in 3 parts (6 weeks)
Company identity - the do not show where they are, they are in CHINA, return to China is very expensive and this is what they count on, they want you to keep this b. S.

Answer: Not only are they a size or two smaller, the cut is horrid definitely not fitting across the shoulders, arms, bosom of an American plus size.
Answer: There is a returns policy page on the Roselinlin website. It clearly states that you must send items to China or take a 15 percent refund. You can fight them through your banking institution or Paypal.
Answer: No such thing. They are a shady company from start to finish. They are based in China and have no way to contact them. Took me 6 weeks to get my order and I had paid extra for shipping too!
Answer: Please do not order - the clothes smell and are awful quality. Do not be fooled by the pictures!
Answer: Throw it out! It will cost you $$$ to return it and they know this.
Answer: Yes, it is a scam. I ordered three items in May (it's now the end of July) and I still haven't received them. Call your bank and file a fraud claim or go through PayPal. Bank is faster.
Answer: Yep... six weeks or more. No way to return crappy items. No way to contact them when you don't get what you ordered Sham from start to finish!
