I have 4 items that I need to return and have followed their return directions to a tee. I am still waiting for a response from them after emailing them 3 times! Their automated email says they will respond within 24 hours- ha! Still waiting! I will not order from them again as their size small clothing is way oversized!

My items were shipped out on May 24. I still do not have the items and am told they are on there way and that it takes 20 to 30 business days. It is now July 18 and no sign of the items. I am told covid is slowing everything down. I did not realize that the items were being shipped from China. Had I known that I never would have ordered from them.

The sizing is completely unpredictable--one of the XL t-shirts is the same width as one of the smalls and another one of the size small shirts measures 52 inches in the bust! It took almost 6 weeks for the product to arrive. The t-shirts looked like cotton in the picture but were a 65% polyester blend.
