I ordered over $200 worth of clothing that took 2 months to arrive. After trying on each piece, I decided the fabric was very cheap, 3 of the items had raw edges, and the designs are pitiful. When I decided to return all but two items, I went to UPS and was told it would cost me $134 to mail to CHINA! Nowhere on their website could I find disclosure that returns go to CHINA. I have not returned the items and plan to contest the charge on my VISA card.
Misrepresentation, dishonesty and AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL. Don't buy from this company! I don't believe any of the reviews on their website.
I am choosing a dress between 2 sizes, so I sent an email expecting some advice. The girls not only answered all my questions and sent me specific measurements for each item I asked, but they never made me feel like I was being annoying (although I'm sure it was). They are so patient and charming, I will definitely buy again! Oh, and the dresses I bought fit me perfectly!
I asked for a romper which was delivered to me at my city office. At first I was scared that he didn't come to my house, but the customer service team answered my email in a couple of minutes, I was pleasantly surprised. After a few email exchanges, my problem was resolved in a few hours. This was my first order here and I will certainly order again! Thank you so much for a fast and smooth resolution!
Yesterday I bought the MAXI DRESS BLACK here, I bought this dress online, it was a really easy and fast process, and the dress is spectacular!
Took my $122 in May 2020 order and NEVER EVER sent my product order! Emailed Customer service over and over and over again! Finally, requested a refund in July 2020 and was STILL NEVER contacted back! NO ONE REPLIES to the customer service email address! I have read MANY MANY reviews that echo the same sentiment!
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from this company! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

This is the most passive aggressive misrepresentation I have ever dealt with. I made the mistake of ordering from them during the quarantine, which means my order was placed in May. My card was charged in May. I received my order three days ago, which makes it July 27th. Nothing was as it was represented on their website, but I also know it's pointless to complain, because a politely worded email just makes it worse, but doesn't accomplish anything. I will never order anything from this company again, and would go out of my way to keep my friends from doing the same.

I believe this company and Fashioncosy are one in the same. Finally received my order. I had ordered a large. I wear a size 12 dress - the dress they sent had to have been a size 2. I could just get it over my head. I can't wear it. Cheap, cheap, cheap material. Cheap cheap workmanship. No where does it indicate this company is in China. Only on the return label. There is no customer service contact. There is no way to contact them. Any reviews have to be written by employees. I am taking this up with my CC. They are a complete scam.

I ordered Linen pants and shorts. The material is cotton polyester. It also took 3 months to receive what I ordered.

Clothes are anything but linen most are polyester
One star is to much for them. Received partial order after 2 months and they are oversized and polyester. My advise don't believe what they have in their website. CHEAP AND UNUSABLE. If you try to send it back it will cost more. NEVER AGAIN

I believe their clothes comes from China and the sizes do not correspond to our sizes. I ordered 8 shirts, extra large. Two were way too large and one was way too small. I asked to return the small one (Icould alter the large ones) I was told I would have to ship it to China at my cost. But to sideskirt a high cost they would give me 15% back in order that I pay for alterations. How do you alter a shirt that is tool small? Out of the 8 shirts I had to alter 3: the design of the shirt was very unappealing.
I also agreee with everything Amari and Elizabeth said----terrible quality; I will never shop there again.

After 10 and 11 weeks and multiple communication with Roselinlin, I finally received my goods. Communications were mechanical with canned responses and never addressed the shipping issues. As far as the clothing, a complete waste of $127. The packages reeked of Formaldehyde which is apparently common from Asia and a potential health risk. The quality of the items was substandard with cheap, flimsy materials and abysmal sewing. Sizes were not at all accurate according to their own chart. Medium fit better than Large. There are insufficient negative superlatives to properly address this awful experience. Caveat emptor!

Their products are terrible [sleazy fabrics, ugly cuts, muddy colors]; their shipping is appalling [I received summer dresses ordered June 17 on July 27], and returns are impossible [they must be shipped to Guangzhou China: with shipping and customs, far pricier than purchase price.] No recourse to US laws. NEVER buy from them. If I could have given 0 stars I would.

It is July 27th and I made my order May 17th 2020. All the company has done is send a message that it has arrived on the mainland. I have a tracking number for usps. When I put it in it says that the pkg was picked up by a shipping partner Pitney bowes and it is on its way to USPS. However, I have received nothing. The pkg was picked up on June 18th by Pitney bowes but that is it. So disappointed in this company's responses and absolutely will not ever order from this company again. I have no products and spent $101.00 US.

I have been waiting for my order for sometime. I placed an order with the company on May 17th and it is now July 1,2020. I can say that some of this is covid related however, I cannot seem to shake the disappointment in that I have spent over $100.00 and received nothing yet. I will not reorder from this company.
The site is super easy to use and a great shopping experience. The only negative would be that the items are not shipped immediately. You are informed when the items will be shipped, but it still bothers you hahaha You can also find out if your product is available. I can't wait for your bargains, it's a great site.
I spent over $130. Never seen such poor quality of clothing in my life. I should have known. I waste of money. I put them right in the trash where they belong. When I looked into returning the items Roselinlin informed me by email that this would be costly to me as I would have to send the package to China, once Roselinlin decided whether to give me the return address or not, and that it could take months and there was no guarantee that the product would make it there or that I would be refunded.
Answer: Not only are they a size or two smaller, the cut is horrid definitely not fitting across the shoulders, arms, bosom of an American plus size.
Answer: There is a returns policy page on the Roselinlin website. It clearly states that you must send items to China or take a 15 percent refund. You can fight them through your banking institution or Paypal.
Answer: No such thing. They are a shady company from start to finish. They are based in China and have no way to contact them. Took me 6 weeks to get my order and I had paid extra for shipping too!
Answer: Please do not order - the clothes smell and are awful quality. Do not be fooled by the pictures!
Answer: Throw it out! It will cost you $$$ to return it and they know this.
Answer: Yes, it is a scam. I ordered three items in May (it's now the end of July) and I still haven't received them. Call your bank and file a fraud claim or go through PayPal. Bank is faster.
Answer: Yep... six weeks or more. No way to return crappy items. No way to contact them when you don't get what you ordered Sham from start to finish!
Answer: They dupped us. i got 20% back on a 114$ order. Donate clothes. Or give away and warn others
