I have been a EziBuy customer for over 2 years and have purchased many items and am very happy with the range, price, and hassle free return policy. I placed an order on line beginning of May and now we are in August and I have not received my order. I email at least once a week saying that the order has been delayed due to COVID. Most companies do not charge your credit card until they mail out your order but these folks took my money and no merchandise.
It takes weeks to receive your order. The quality of workmanship is poor, for example with threads hanging off, and wrong size. You have to pay shipping back to China, which probably cost more than what you paid for the item. If you can't return, they offer you an insulting 15% refund.

I ordered four dresses and all were of very poor, thin fabric quality that took 5 weeks to arrive from China. I used their size chart to determine sizes, but all four dresses were WAY TOO SMALL! After my experience with their "customer service" promising that the order would arrive soon, I will not bother trying to get a refund.(See others' reviews about this process, too!) I have learned my lesson and will NEVER order clothing from any site that is not familiar to me. Any positive reviews for this company have to have been generated by them. I will donate the four dresses to a nonprofit resale shop and just feel good about possibly providing someone else with a dress they might like.

Don't know if it will ever arrive. Customer service just says"wait". Till when? Product ordered in May and still waiting in August.

The clothing doesn't fit properly. A medium is more like a large. The cuts are strange. The customer service makes returns almost impossible. Not are good company to purchase clothing from in my opinion.

I purchased a $160 worth of clothes. I followed their size chart and everything I ordered was too small. I contacted customer service about 2 weeks after receiving the order for a return and I was told that it was past the 15 day return! When I asked to do an exchange in size they said "No, sorry for the inconvenience!" 15 day return who does that. The order took about 3 weeks to receive. The clothes and jewelry are very cheap in quality and looks. Learn from my costly mistake, do not order from this company.

The ads do not disclose the "company" is in China and uses changing names. The wrong order was "confirmed," money was taken before shipping, and no tracking was provided. They are uncooperative in returns, refusing to provide an address or their required "form," and frustrating returns with delays and demanding protocols. The product was synthetic, not cotton as described, and very poor quality. Update: the return address finally provided is in China, which would require multiple customs forms and payment of duties, taxes and tariffs in amounts I cannot ascertain. Even so, they could refuse the return. I cannot believe favorable reviews are genuine.

This company in China will not honor your return to its full amount. I ordered 2 dresses based on their size chart(I normaly wear Medium to Large) I ordered 2XL. I could not get it over my head! I reached out by email to Roselinlin support and was offered 25% refund! They suggested I should accept that since mailing it back would cost more. So I refused the offer and after several emails back and forth they offed 35% refund. I consider this FRAUD. I will contact my bank to recall the payment.

I only visit my closest city once every three weeks; therefore, I trust this online boutique not only for frequent clothing purchases, but also for general information on trends in styles and fashion for girls!
I loved the trending rose gold colored dress of these sneakers. I don't want to stop wearing these comfortable shoes. She wore them for several hours the first time... no blisters, just total comfort. I've had a ton of complementary comments on these versatile seasonal trans sneakers.
The articles of clothing that I buy here have always been comfortable, modern and with a good range of colors. Its catalog ranges from casual clothing to elegant evening dresses. Our granddaughter actually had dresses from this online boutique for her bridesmaids and they looked amazing.
Answer: Not only are they a size or two smaller, the cut is horrid definitely not fitting across the shoulders, arms, bosom of an American plus size.
Answer: There is a returns policy page on the Roselinlin website. It clearly states that you must send items to China or take a 15 percent refund. You can fight them through your banking institution or Paypal.
Answer: No such thing. They are a shady company from start to finish. They are based in China and have no way to contact them. Took me 6 weeks to get my order and I had paid extra for shipping too!

Answer: Yes, it is a scam. I ordered three items in May (it's now the end of July) and I still haven't received them. Call your bank and file a fraud claim or go through PayPal. Bank is faster.
