I bought this dress without being sure. When i got home i tried it on... it fit perfectly and the fall was beautiful and flattering. My best friend thought it was perfect for the occasion. Thank you for offering this on your website.
I love shopping with this boutique. Has a beautiful variety of women's clothing and accessories. With frequent sales, you can get an incredible bargain. It is very easy and convenient to buy here. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
It has an excellent range of clothing for all sizes. It is easy to order and return if it is not right. The website is easy to navigate and find things. A highly recommended and easy way to buy.
I have ordered six items from Roselinin recently and all of the ones I have received have been disappointing in some way. For example, two t-shirts do not have hemmed sleeves or bottoms. I had to hem and sew them myself. Another shirt had visible seams showing and I had to fix those as well. One shirt that I decided to return looked nothing like the image on the website. Also, it took over a month to get the first item from my first order. I understand about the pandemic, but Amazon is shipping in one day. I would say don't order from here. If you do you might be disappointed (unless you want to mend brand new clothes).
I only received half of my order and it's been over two months. They keep telling me to be patient. Hmm. I didn't realize I would be waiting until next summer to wear them if I even get them by then. Something needs to be done about this!

I have been shopping here since its inception. Over the years, their clothing range has grown and improved in both quality and price. I am rarely disappointed with something I buy from, and if I am, your refund process is easy and well managed.
I love this online store because so far it has fashion for women more in line with the price, something that other stores do not usually do. Prices are very reasonable and delivery is very efficient and with the return label included easy return method
Quick, easy and efficient. I love sailing here on a rest day and buying clothes and accessories, I know that the size is always true and the quality is good. I find many very modern designs!
I love jeans, I have bought so much that I have come back several times as the old pair wears out. There is always something interesting, powerful and easy to access.
I love browsing this website with good sales and also the catalogs in the mail. There is a good selection in most sizes and the prices are reasonable. So easy to order online, with fast delivery. Easy to return also if the item is not suitable. Keep up the good work.
The order took forever to get to me... 5 weeks... with the pandemic it looked liked it go stuck in California. The sizes of the pants for me (womans) were large but each pant fit differently and were just right fit... need to wash in cold water no give at all and all the bottoms are not finished. I got two shirts. One fit. One very tight. Both large. I got an extra large shirt for my son. It does not fit me or him. Wanted a refund... got offered 15% discount to have the clothing fixed... wanted a refund... you need to send to China...$125 to ship. So now I have clothes that barely fit, three that I will be gifting to a friend. Nothing looks like what I saw on website. Don't buy their stuff unless you are completely sure you want to keep it and beware of claims of what fabric it claims to be made of... cheap stuff!

Excellent customer service, impressively fast order fulfillment, direct return process with quality products at realistic prices, what more could you ask for? I have been a committed customer for many years and have never been disappointed. I am also impressed with the expansion of clothing ranges, and the increasingly fashionable designs especially.
Never received product. Wish I read the reviews before ordering. Cannot get through to them. Generic reply when you email them. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Save your money and avoid this company.

I ordered this shirt in a beige multi color. It arrived in red. When I requested a return, I informed by Lia/Customer Service that this item was a Final Sale. This would be reasonable if I ordered the blouse in red... I did not. Also apparently, "customer service" did not even investigate. It was a bait n switch and I feel deceived. I hope no one else has to deal with this type of non-sense.
I might also add that many of the other items I ordered were ill-fitting and cheap looking save for a couple of decent looking t-shirts.

Don't buy their stuff. Very poor quality. Clothing do not look anything like what the photos show. I should have trusted what most of the reviews said. I had to throw away almost every single piece I ordered. Materials are cheap. This company found image from other reputable company and try to replicate it and the result is just horrible! Do't be fooled by the low price. You get what you pay for from this website. Trust what all the negative ratings. They are absolutely true!

Buyer Beware! The quality is extremely poor, but even more so because of the return policy. I received items I absolutely will not wear due to poor quality, inaccurate colors, weird material, not sized correctly, and overall the clothing does not look like what it does on their website. When you ask to return they first offer you a 15% return of your money that you can spend to pay someone to "resize" it. The return has to be sent to China which you have to pay and it is expensive. The clothing is shipped from San Francisco, but you must return to China (strange). When you get the return label they again offer you a return of your money to skip the return hassle, but at 25%.

I do not recommend purchasing from this company. It took almost two months for my items to arrive. The items that I received are nothing like the pictures, bad quality and the size is way to big. You can only contact them through email and they don't respond right away. Terrible service! I feel cheated, I will never order from them again. Be careful!

It is very efficient. The clothes arrive quickly and the return process is easy. The clothes are of good quality and price. Sizing is always tricky, but you can always return items.
Skirt easy to buy! Great variety and great service. I am very happy buying clothes here. They are delivered quickly and are of good quality with excellent colors and the clothing is the correct size.
I have always found clothes online, especially on this website! It has high quality clothing and the latest in style and design. You get designer looks at realistic prices. I always look forward to receiving and browsing the very good quality designs provided and when I have dealt with the staff by mail I have found them to be friendly and helpful.
Answer: Not only are they a size or two smaller, the cut is horrid definitely not fitting across the shoulders, arms, bosom of an American plus size.
Answer: There is a returns policy page on the Roselinlin website. It clearly states that you must send items to China or take a 15 percent refund. You can fight them through your banking institution or Paypal.
Answer: No such thing. They are a shady company from start to finish. They are based in China and have no way to contact them. Took me 6 weeks to get my order and I had paid extra for shipping too!
Answer: Please do not order - the clothes smell and are awful quality. Do not be fooled by the pictures!

Answer: Yes, it is a scam. I ordered three items in May (it's now the end of July) and I still haven't received them. Call your bank and file a fraud claim or go through PayPal. Bank is faster.
