Do not recommend! I was super disappointed, package took a month to arrive, everything looked so different than the photographs, the sizes are erratic and way smaller than standard sizes. I used the size charts, but only 2 of 7 items fit. I was supposed to get a discount code but it wouldn't accept it. Now I find out I can't return unsatisfactory, ill-fitting items. Not without jumping through many hoops, and not without costing me all shipping and customs charges. According to their email, here are the things you MUST do to ship your returns back and then maybe you will get a refund.
1. Returns must be approved.
2. Customers must respond to every email within 7 days, or they will close this case after the aforementioned deadline.
3. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost and any other related return charges (including possible custom fees).
4. Refunds will be processed after our return center receives and inspects the return package
5. Any addresses on the parcel are not approved as the return address. (What does this even mean?)
6. Returned packages without an authorized return address from customer service representatives will not be refunded or exchanged.
Never again, I can't believe there are real customers saying they have great service.
I have only bought shirts in this online boutique, I trust their quality. Shopping was easy to do without any problems. There is also a tracking number and it is easy to track where your products are.
I love being able to shop such a huge variety of clothes online here! I was looking for everything that is in fashion but couldn't get it, until now! The shipment does not take more than 2 weeks, I suppose it is normal because it is an international shipment.
I have been ordering online from this internet boutique for a couple of years now and am very happy with all my purchases. Good communication, great deals and generally pretty quick to send my order to mic home.
This is my main online store to buy clothes. The price is quite affordable, but the clothes are of high quality. Personally for me, I find it difficult to buy online, because I am not really confident, except on this website, I have never had a problem with my orders.
There is a lot of variety of clothes and accessories to choose from in this online boutique, the price of all the items is very reasonable, and with discounts! The ordering process is simple and for everyone!
So far I have not had any problems shopping on this website! In fact, I even bought my prom dress a while back here and it's so beautiful! I am super happy with all the things I have bought so far, I will keep shopping here for many years to come!^_^
This companies sizes are totally wrong. They will rep you off every chance they get. I have been going around and around with them because it took them 4 weeks to send me what I ordered and now they're telling me that I've had at more than 15 days and I cannot return at what I've really only had it for days. I plan to give it to goodwill as their clothes are made really crummy

What you SEE in Roselinlin ad is not what they SEND! What you receive is cheap cheap material not I. E. the linen ( of which I ordered) your were dissipating and looking forward to. Contact your states Consumer Affairs office if you experience said above.

The purchasing process on this website was straightforward. My skirt should be on its way by now, my previous orders came when they said they would!

What a joke customer service. Their excuse is solely COVID when they should have admitted it was cut rate shipping they purchased. I haven't ever been treated like this by any online retailer even during COVID. They are horrible
