Took my money and never shipped anything! Total scam. No shipping updates. Total ripoff. I would advise to never ever order from them. Criminal organization.

Order clothes for the next season as the current season will be gone by the time your clothes arrive. I placed my order mid May and just got it Aug 12. One item is still hasn't been processed and yes, I contacted my bank! I understand it's COVID but dang, 3 months? Their customer service responds quickly, which is good, but they still can't make yours clothes come any sooner. Clothes quality, not so good. The clothes are inexpensive and the quality shows why. One top's material feels like a thin waterproof rain slicker, another top snags to the touch, and one top started to melt when I tried to take some wrinkles out using a steamer set on low. Pic included. Sizes do run exactly like the size chart says so that was not an issue. I, however, will not be ordering from here again.

I ordered in May and got my shipment yesterday (July 13). I ordered 2 shirts, one in size XL and one in size 3XL. First of all, they're the same size and second of all, the 3XL fits like a Medium/Large. So, following their instructions, I emailed customer service to get return instructions. Are you ready?

"Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China.
According to our return policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost and any other related return charges (including possible custom fees). Your refund will be processed after our return center received and inspected the return package.

Since International returns might result in long waiting time and incur substantial return costs on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue.
We would like to offer you a 15% cash refund instead of returning the item(s). If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the cloth."

EDIT: I wish I could take away the one star I gave them. What a JOKE! After waiting 4 weeks, they finally processed the refund of 35% of the purchase and none of the shipping. So after spending over $30 on 2 crappy shirts that are about 6 sizes too small, I'm getting a whopping $8.32 refund. SAVE YOUR MONEY - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

The company does not disclose on their site that they are a Chinese company. I placed an order in July, the tracking information states that the items arrived at a "Partner Shipping Facility" on August 8th, the supposed facility is within 15 minutes of my home. That is where the trail ends. I have e-mailed the company several times asking that they track down my package and get back the same response, "You may track your package on our site". They are of no help. I too believe that this company is scamming people and I will report them to the proper authorities. In the meantime, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Update - Did finally receive items from Roselin. Purchased 5 items and not a one fit. I am a size 16 and ordered 2XXL. Cheap material used. It will cost more to return these than what I paid for them. Beware!

First of all the products are shipped from China it takes 4 weeks when it does arrive at the port of los angeles by bulk shipment they then pay have US Postal service USPS pick it up. I ordered 3 pants they were all smalls (I ordered large), the material was of cheap poor quality and the workmanship is very poor (uneven legs, crap zippers, etc.,). I wish I had seen this review page before I wasted $50.00 of my money but I learned a valuable lesson. Then when you try to return, they tell you that you have to respond to their e mail in 7 days and that YOU MUST PAY THE SHIPMENT BACK TO CHINA which I assure you all would be about $150;. 00 then they reimburse your account. I now understand why we must start doing business with American companies even if we pay more. Any good reviews on here are by their employees. DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP you are better off going to H & N clothing stores either in person or online. Material is like a burlap sack not as described. We must stop Americans from doing business with these off shore shysters. I wouldn't even give this to a homeless person to wear, they would even reject it. If the pictures are too good to be true it probably is.

I ordered a dress, it was made of very cheap material. I wrote that I would like to return it. I was then told that I would have to send it BACK to China, not the California address on the package, and I would have to pay Postage again, and any fees associated with Importing it back to China. OR I could take a refund of 15% of the cost and just keep the dress! They refunded me $4.05 on a $26.99 dress, so that is what they feel the dress is worth $4.05... SCAM, highly discourage anyone from buying from them...

What you see on the pictures, are probably stolen from original designer, what you get has nothing to do with it.the fabric the colors and style and, the worse is the size. Either they 2 feet longer on the dress or 3 feet shorter.
Then when you send back they make you send it on your expense to China!
So you need to pay the same amount to send the carps back to China. They really should be closed down and convicted for fraud an misleading the poor public!
