Retruning an item is a night mare. YOu have to pay for the shipping. They say its linen, but its not. Its really bad quality. Really cheap. Never will buy from them.
I have bought a lot on this website several times: clothes, bags, earrings and even boots.
The articles have always arrived within the indicated times and have been of good quality, they have never let me down! I would definitely recommend this site to other girls

This is a fantastic online page of cute accessories and especially fashionable clothes. The service is fast, your order is registered almost immediately after it is placed and it is also shipped almost immediately. I have never had a problem with lost packages or delayed packages, if something was incorrectly marketed as in stock when it was not, I received a refund and I was encouraged to buy again. The service is excellent, the products arrive in good condition, I keep coming back.
The purchase process was great. I received an email to inform that my product had been shipped and again when it arrived in my city. My dress arrived today and I am in love. Great quality! Super excited for my next purchase. Keep it up, you have a new regular!
The clothing purchase process on this website is simple and delivery times were clear. I love going here to find something different. I always check for comments and blank spaces in the images to show the product at different angles.
Buying my blouse here was quick and easy. If there is a problem with the order, it is quickly fixed and they send you an email if your order has a product that has not been in stock for a long time, they provide a solution. It is everything I expect from an online purchase!
The clothing I received is SOOO CHEAP. Not the quality shown in the images. I'll never wear it.
Their return policy is horrid, as return shipping to China costs more than any refund would be.
The clothes cost wayyyy too much. They were a "bait and switch."
In the Checkout process, you see a "Continue Checkout" button--making it seem like you can review the charges--but that button places the Order... with no going back, no refund.
I tried to cancel. Nope.
Then it takes a month to get the items.
And you can't return them unless you want to pay $$$$$ to ship to China.
I DIDN'T EVEN INTEND TO PLACE THIS ORDER. I just wanted to view the shipping charges in my Cart... and all of a sudden, it was charging my PayPal account!
(And PayPal didn't protect me by cancelling it or disputing it, which I don't understand.)
THIS COMPANY IS ONE BIG HEADACHE.

I *did* contact Roselinlin Customer Service, and they didn't make anything right, even though the items they sent me were NOT what was shown. In spite of what was fraud, they stuck to their "return policy," where I had to pay for return shipping to China, which cost more than the total I'd originally paid for the items plus shipping. There's no way to return, and no way to hold them accountable. They do respond, but not with any remorse for sending a knock-off (about 2 months later).
So when they say, "Sorry for your unsatisfied. Please contact Customer Service at blah blah blah," it means NOTHING.
This is a CHINA-based business, with China business ethics.

I ordered my dress (a linen dress) back in March, after several months and emails it did arrive in mid August. The product they send was a cheap knockoff (not linen) of the product they posted. Very disappointed

I bought only cotton products and info in listing clearly said that it is cotton but when I got it on the label was polyester and the fabric itself was not a good quality. They said that I can send it back and get a refund but when I request a return label they said that the sale was final and I can't get a refund even if it was incorrect listing info!
Never again! Very unworthy business!
As you can see in the picture, cotton in this product can only be threads. I'm silent about the linen part.

The material on these close is very subpar. I would never buy these if I touched the fabric in person. Don't waste your time. I'm not terribly picky but the quality and fit of these garments is beyond ridiculous. I will try to return but i'm not optimistic.

The delivery of my orders on this website is always as expected, my clothes arrive in perfect condition. No hidden cost anywhere. What you pay at checkout is what you pay at the end, unlike other websites! Excellent!
You can really save some $$$ at this online clothing store, it really is a lifesaver if you don't have a ton of cash to spend on clothes and accessories but love to shop and look cool :)
Large assortment to choose from all my necessary clothes. I love the customer service department, they have been very helpful and considerate. I can't wait to wear all the shirts I bought here.
I ordered from Roselinin back in early May, 2020. It took "2 months" to receive my order. I asked for tracking and received an email showing the package was "picked up" at a San Francisco location but when I was trying to cancel the order, they asked me to be patient saying it was coming from overseas. So they lied that a package was shipped from San Francisco. Worst of all, when I received the items, they were not at all what I ordered and quality was poor. When I asked to return the items, they offered a 15% cash discount or I had to return the item to China. Yes, you heard that right - to China - which would be more expensive than the tops. I am donating the tops to a charity and reporting Roselinlin to the BBB.
I highly recommend you reconsider before ordering from this Chinese company with no local offices or distribution centers.
