Websites with many excellent products, very efficient in terms of online shopping. The clothes are delivered quickly, they are very similar to those shown in the photos on the page.
I bought some shirts and really enjoyed them. Easy payment and fast shipping with many discounts. For the first purchase I got a 10% discount! Good website.
The quality of my blouses that I buy in this online clothing store is excellent and the shipping is very fast. I will definitely buy here again! Not like other websites, this one is reliable.
I ordered what I though was correct size based on the size chart provided and I was just looking to exchange the items for a different size but since I was a few days past the 15 day return limit they would not accommodate the exchange. It took 17 days for the order to be delivered but I was only give 15 days for the return. This return policy is very stringent 15 days is insufficient. This policy is in very small print on the receipt that I received but you have to dig through the website to find the policy. This is very disappointing, I will never shop this site again.
I´m in love with the clothes on this website and the service they so graciously provide. I recommend it 100% to all the girls who want to look good paying less!
I placed my order for a sweater online. I first saw the pictures of his clothes and everything looked so attractive and nice. I needed these types of online pages to get my clothes easily and this online boutique helped me a lot.
I ordered 11 items 6 months ago. The tracking number is 'expired'. Nothing was received, nobody answers my emails, and no refund was received.

Items I received looked nothing like the website depictions. See Tanya B.'s review: I agree 100%: cheap, shoddy material. Trying to return items for refund: USPS won't ship to China; FedEx says "at least $100". Roslinlin offered me 15% refund; I refused. Then "If you would like to keep the item(s) and skip the return hassle, we'd love to improve the compensation rate to be 25% money refund." Wow. They acknowledge problems with return. Finally they sent a label - not a proper shipping label, I learned at FedEx - with the WRONG zip code on it!

Quality of clothes-inaccurate sizing. Arms and bust are toooo small according to the size chart.
All clothes are recommended to Dry Clean! If you have children, you would be spending more than the clothes cost.
The fabric is very strange and cheap. I know, I sew.
Returns-If you want to return them you have to return them to China even though they were sent from South San Francisco, Ca. I spent $111.95 and the return shipping was $254! So I would be in the hole $142.00! My refund for keeping them is $39.18!
I gave them to the Goodwill and hope they will fit somebody there.
Do NOT be fooled by the pictures.

The clothes and shoes are of poor quality. The sizing is inaccurate. The shoes/sandals I ordered look and feel like they are made of cardboard. The consumer has to pay for returns and they have to be sent to China. It's cheaper to take their 5% refund. I spent a little over $80.00 and had to settle for $4.00 refund. No I have clothes that I'll have to toss. Nobody wants the clothes and shoes (cheap fabric).
I only give them one star because their customer service responded in a timely manner and with great attitude.

Clothes are nothing like the pictures. Extremely cheap fabrics. Pictures show clothes with stitchings. Then you receive the clothes and the colors are just stamped on. Web site indicates linen dresses. There was no linen in the dress I ordered. Total bait and switch company.

Size chart is inaccurate. Quality of garment is very poor; many loose threads. Delivery is very slow---took many weeks. Shipping cost is high. They do not accept returns for full refund, and do not include return address with package. You have to email them to find out their return policy, which basically requires you to pay shipping costs to Hong Kong, if they do send you an "authorization" for return. Even though the pictures on their ads look good, you DO NOT WANT TO ORDER! This is a TOTAL RIPOFF! Don't believe the "good" reviews--they must be posted by the company! They say "excellent client service," which is a lie.

I have sent 5 emails in about 8 days requesting refund authorization and return address, but THEY DO NOT RESPOND.

This online boutique has excellent customer service. When I accidentally clicked express shipping instead of free shipping, I emailed them and received a response within a few hours. I also forgot to put the 10% discount code on my first purchase and they reimbursed both the express shipping and the 10% discount. No problem. The products are fabulous! I love ordering from this website. I might be a bit addicted lol. Ordering from here is also very easy. The clothes are true to what they show on the page and are 100% of good quality.
The website is really easy to use and the payment process was straightforward. A large selection of clothing of different styles and designs at even better prices
My first purchase from here was a year and a half ago, I bought a sweater dress with an elastic band at the waist and it was something I fell in love with. I was struggling to find something in person that I liked where I live and started looking online.

Answer: Not only are they a size or two smaller, the cut is horrid definitely not fitting across the shoulders, arms, bosom of an American plus size.
Answer: There is a returns policy page on the Roselinlin website. It clearly states that you must send items to China or take a 15 percent refund. You can fight them through your banking institution or Paypal.
Answer: No such thing. They are a shady company from start to finish. They are based in China and have no way to contact them. Took me 6 weeks to get my order and I had paid extra for shipping too!
