I ordered goods. They never arrived.

I made numerous enquiries regarding the goods not arriving. I received nonsense responses which did not address my enquiry.

I made numerous complaints regarding the goods not arriving and the responses received which did not answer my enquiries.

Surprise, surprise - they now want More money to resend the goods that I never received.

Despite numerous requests they refuse to refund my money.

Please avoid this site. It is a SCAM.

I have been buying from rosegal for quite some tine now and have placed a total of 3 different orders so far. The best part is how amazingly the products are priced and what a wide variety they have. Being in India, it takes my packages to reach me good 40 - 60 days. They also provide tracking numbers which makes it really easy to track the orders. I have shopped from a lot of international websites and lot of them never provide tracking numbers with free shipping. The last time I ordered from Rosegal, my package was little late. Ofourse I panicked. But the team was very helpful and answered all my queries and provided me all the help I needed to get to my package.

Atlast I received my order and came to know that it was my local postman's fault that the package was delayed.

I absolutely loved the items. The measurement provided on the site is very helpful on deciding which size to go for.

I would highly recommend shopping from Rosegal!

I ordered from Rosega.com back in December 2014, I have thus far only received one of the 3 items ordered. I tried to correspond back and forth with one of their representatives, at which point they said if I wanted to have the items actually shipped to me I would have to pay an additional fee. The Items have still not made it to my address and it is now the middle of March 2015. I have since tried to contact them and have had zero response. Except for the inaccurate response they made on a review I made about them on another website. So if you are looking to order from Rosegal.com, please proceed with caution and become comfortable with throwing away your money.

SCAMMERS... BEWARE

I purchased $150 worth of clothes in December just to have a headache when my clothes arrived. First thing I noticed were of course the quality of the items, the clothes looked like a child made them while learning how to sew, that's how bad they were. The shipment did not come with an invoice of each item accounted for so once I counted everything I realized i was missing an item. My husband had warned me about scammers and I should have spotted it when I noticed all the sale items once added to my cart increased by 2$. I tried removing them from the cart and adding them again but the price continued to increase once added to the cart. Their return policy SUCKS... They give you the standard 30-Day return policy and not only do you have to ship items all the way back to china,(which takes 10-15 business day) but you also have to pay for the full shipping. I wasn't able to return any of my items because I was also missing a pair of leggings I ordered (my bank told me I had to return all items in order to make a dispute) and when the missing item finally arrived it was too late to do the return shipping because it was past the 30 days of purchasing. NEVER AGAIN will I trust an online store unless it's from a reputable store I can walk into its doors and personally return items to... lesson learned.

WORST EVER!
March 15, 2015

They charged me MORE then what was supposed to, and when i tried to contact them with phone number provided it was a fax number, then when I emailed all i recieved back in response was a automated one. Took 4 months to get 4 shirts at ALL different times and they were all crap fabric with random sizes. Im also a tiny person and the sizes were still too small.

DONT EVER ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS

I had the same experience of buying 4 items, and only receiving one of them. The one jacket I did receive was the most poorly made jacket I have ever seen. I would be embarrassed to give it away. I tried to communicate with Rosegal and have been given the runaround. Whoever is running this business is really good at screwing people over. Have spent them last 2 months disputing this with Paypal and Discover and Rosegal. Paypal wanted me to return the jacket I received with a tracking number to China. It was going to be $58.00! My entire order was $70. We are still going in circles. Rosegal just emailed me tonight and told me they were going to send me the rest of their shipment - that I ordered in November 2014. It's now March 2015. Then they closed their "ticket" on their website so that I can't reply or comment. I tried calling their customer support number and it says "the magic jack customer isn't available. Leave a message". Such a scammy company! They need to be shut down. I think that every good review of their website is from the person who runs the company.

Paid for 4 items on the 4th of feb 2015. I received confirmation that half my order had been posted. GREAT! I kinda forgot about the items, however I recieved the two a couple weeks ago. This sparked my interest that I had not yet heard anything about the other two items. I left it another week just incase it was caught up in postage. At this point it was 36 days after payment. I decided to message them asking about my two missing items. I finally recieved a response saying the items were out of stock and if I could wait a couple more days. HOW THE HELL is an item not in stock for over 36 days. WHY THE HELL is the item actively for sale (still is) with no indication of it being out of stock

I have asked for my money back within 48 hours or I will force a dispute with paypal. Glad this happened in a way, as I would of had sizes way to small according to what others have said.

DISGUSTED

I ordered one item on 01/17/2015 after seeing lots of bad reviews on some items coming without the others. I chose a one size fits all coat so that I wouldn't be messing around with sizing. It was stated I would receive my item within 15 working days... I gave them longer because I figured it's a long way to ship. Today is 03/14/2015 I've double checked my account and it has a fake and completely invalid tracking number! It's not even the right amount of characters for a tracking number! To make matters worse they are immensely difficult to contact, being that it's an outside uk phone line it would cost a limb to ring and speak to 'customer services' who I've been led to believe aren't of any use and extremely rude. Do not ignore these complaints and give them benefit of the doubt like I did, if they were in this country I would have the police involved.

I ordered three tops from Rosegal. Only one arrived, but when I contacted them they have worked to remedy the problem. Either asking if I wanted to order something else or receive a refund. I ordered two more items, but one of them was out of stock. So I've now asked for a refund. We'll see how that comes through. The top I did receive is very nice and has been complimented by many. I have a few more tops coming so am excited to see how they look.

Very sad!

After reading all the reviews I longer feel lonely in my plight. I thought it was just me but there is a resounding message here in these reviews. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SITE! I'm scared of the product I will receive, if I receive it at all. We shall see. I'm giving a hopeful two rating but my hopes are not up.

The clothes you buy are SIMILAR to picture but not the same at all. Clothes has little messed up parts. Cost toooo much to send back to where it came from. Sizes are made for babies litterally i am an XXS but i get smalls because i dont like tight clothes... i dont even fit these STILL. This sizes are for slutty 12 year olds lol No joke.

This site is a complete scam. Anyone giving positive feedback must work for them because the clothes are horrific!
Poorly made, cheap material, bad sizing, awful customer service, no returns info... The company is a disgrace right down to the packaging the goods arrive in.
Stay well clear and save your money.

Ordered a grey Twinset one size fits all. The garment was poorly made and looked nothing like the picture. The size was one size fits all however this garment would have only fit a 10 year old child. Garment cost 20.00 so I didn't bother with the hassle of trying to return it. Had a bag by my front door for charity so I dropped that child's wear in that bag. Wish I had read reviews before ordering. This company needs to be investigated by authorities!

We bought clothes for my daughter (size 12-14). Their site says for US order 2x. We did. They were all smaller than size 6. We spend $200. After trying to send it back... cost was $85 to send back to China... we still haven't received a refund on our credit card. This has been over 2 months. I have sent an email to the company asking for my refund. I give them one more week before I get my credit card to go after them for fraud.

I placed an order for a sweater on Dec. 6 2014... I was sent a notice that it was shipped out Dec. 16,2014... I expected to wait 30 days for my package to arrive. It is now March 12,2015, and nine emails to their company and NOTHING has been done to refund my money! I am DISCUSTED! They keep stalling saying its because of bad weather, holidays, and now they are asking me to check with my post office because they may have my package- which they do NOT! When I now go to their site to open a "Ticket", it comes up that there is no such order number! I would hope the people that read these reviews take them seriously! Michelle Desjarlais

I purchased a dress on Feb 3,2015. The transaction went through; however, the dress wasn't sent yet. I submitted 2 tickets asking what happened with my order, and no answer yet in 2 weeks. I believe it is a phantom website because when you try to reach someone through customer service, you never get a respond. So, save your money and do not purchase from rose gal.com because you will have to waste time in order to get your money back. Not worth the time.

I ordered nothing more than a black knitted cap with cat ears on 01/20/2015. It is now 03/12/2015. They stated that my hat would arrive within 15 business days approximately. It has been well over the allotted time period they claimed to deliver my item. I figured I could give them a few more days since we have been having extremely bad weather in NC, but even still, it has been a long time now. I tried contacting someone to ask where they were in the process of delivering my hat, hence maybe something went wrong, but after calling multiple times, it is clear to me that I will not be able to speak with a representative, nor will I be able to leave a message because their mailbox is full. Not only did I pay for the hat, but I also bought shipping insurance in case it were to get lost in the mail due to the fact that oversea shipping always has it's problems. I have my order confirmation number and my shipping insurance number, but it doesn't seem like that even matters. I would very much like my money back if I won't be receiving my knitted cap. Even a partial refund will do. However, it looks as though I will not be getting anything from them.

I wish I had read reviews before ever purchasing anything from this website. This is a mistake I guarantee you all that I will NOT be making again. Lesson learned. I will be making an attempt to report this website considering the fact that so many people have been complaining about the exact same thing. These people shouldn't be allowed to rip us off like this.

I BOUGHT BACK ON 01/23/2015 EXPEND $64.99 THE ORDER WAS TAKING FOREVER. I DIDNT HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING BACK THEN, AFTER SO MANY EMAILS THEY FOUND OUT MY ORDER WAS BACK TO THEM. NOW THEY SAID I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING TO GET MY ORDER RE-SEND. TODAY IY IS 03/12/2015 AND THEY STILL NOT RESOLVE THIS ISSUE AND THEY ARE ASKING ME FOR $4 SHIPPING TO SEND MY ORDER AGAIN, WHEN I SHOULD BE REWARD IN STEAD FOR ALL THE INCONVENIENCE.
