Slow shipping, poor quality

I paid for expedited shipping but did not receive my item for a month. I have sent multiple emails and still have not received a refund for shipping. The product was much smaller than expected and framed with very thin, light weight wood. Definitely not the quality I expected for the price I paid.

Delivery time is a joke

Ordered on 12/13 and it is 01/13 and still have not received it, it was supposed to be a Christmas gift and was advised per their website and shipping info it would be delivered by Christmas. I reached out on 12/22/23 and was told by a customer service rep Lisa to please give them a few more days, that production was being rushed (so 9 days after I ordered and it hasn't even shipped yet)….reached out again on 1/6/24 because still had not received and the shipping notification I got with tracking basically just showed a shipping label was created and showed it had not been actually shipped.
Again Lisa told me to please wait a few more days as logistics are out of their control. I requested a refund, Lisa replied a few days later asking to please be patient a few more days because tracking shows it was still being shipped to me (no updates associated with that tracking number except to say a label was created).
This company was very deceiving and misleading with their shipping information and advertising it being received by Christmas! I have requested a refund twice and they keep telling me to be "patient" a few more days.
I would not recommend this company. Curious to see if it ever shows up and if so what I'll actually be receiving, don't have very high hopes at this point.

Wide selection but horrible wait time

I enjoyed shopping through the wide selection of items, but in the end I would not order from this site again. I paid extra money for expedition shipping and fast delivery just to wait almost a month for my item and pay over $100 for a piece of partical board.

My package took way too long to ship, I waited an entire month. Obviously it was supposed to be a Christmas gift but it took too long. My order looks great but I wasn't pleased with how long it took to deliver.

Never received Christmas gift item and then they tried to charge my citing their cancellation policy even though they failed to deliver on two dates they provided. I had to open a dispute to my payment company to get my money back.

I paid extra for shipping but because it needed to be made, the extra I paid for shipping just wasn't possible. These guys comped my order for that and I really appreciated it. It's beautiful!

Over a month

Ordered on 12/12 as a Xmas gift for my wife, it showed 6-10 days for delivery. Which I thought was a little quick for the item and figured 10-14 days. It's been 1 month and still have not received it. Contacted customer service and was told it would ship the fastest method which is apparently US Mail.

I won't be ordering again

The product took FOREVER to get here (almost a full month) when I paid for 5-7 day shipping. And when it did get here it was dirty. I had to take it apart to clean the inside of the frame because of the fingerprints.

Wait time/ quality

Product looked beautiful on the website. The design itself in person is beautiful, but it came broken. The frame looks like it was nailed together but is coming apart. And I waited a month for this to arrive. Very disappointed in the quality and time for a $90 gift.

My product came in a bubble wrapped envelope and was damaged during shipping. When I sent pictures and asked for a refund, I was told that they could only give me a 20% reimbursement and that the damage was to be blamed on the mail carrier. And to make matters worse I was also asked to fix my product by myself. I do not think I will order from this store again.

The wrong gift was delivered.

I ordered a wood sign "mom's garden" with the birth month flowers for my mom. I waited for weeks, excited for her to finally get it and open it. When she finally got it I was disappointed to see that she got a small box that had mini golf pieces in it. Mini golf as in tiny pieces to play golf in the box it came in. I sent an email already and I will continue to email until I get solution.

Late and Broken
