Y'all really need to sit down and discuss how important communication is, especially for buisness. This was the most sketchy thing online i have to deal with. I literally excepted the fact that someone took my money. My purchase finally showed up today. Mind you no communication from rose feels. At all!.

Placed my order on 12/19 (grandma gardens birth flower cuttingboard) though I knew I would not receive by Christmas... it is now 1/17 and I have still not received any shipping notice. Contacted them 3 times via email, each time I have been told my order is being "rushed" and if I would be willing to give them more time.
For $36 plus shipping I expected a much nicer platter than a cheap plastic platter similar to the dollar store. The shipping was supposed to take 3-6 business days and it took over a month. I will never order from this Chinese company again
I placed an order on 12/16/23 and paid the extra $25 for expedited shipping only to receive my gift a full month later! They initially offered me a refund of $10, but I asked for the full $25 refund, which they did agree to. I should hopefully see that refund within a week or so. Product quality was not the greatest although the item did look like the images.
I placed my order on Dec 16. I payed extra for 3-5 days shipping. I understand it was a little late for Christmas. I also understand it takes time to make the product. I received shipping notification on Dec 23rd. It stated a label had been made. I did not receive it 3-5 days later. And I counted business days. On business day 10 I reached out to them to inquire about my order. ONLY THEN did I receive any update on shipping. Its as if they forgot to ship it! I finally received it. The images online look metallic, not white compressed wood material. I was also not prepared for the size of the flowers inside the frame they were small and seemed lost inside the frame. Overall I was disappointed with the product and the timing. I will not be ordering from them again.

I purchased an item for a Christmas gift, and after a few days of waiting for a confirmation and two emails I finally received a response that my order was received. Funds had already come out of my bank account and I had already paid for what I had purchased. The item did not come by Xmas, which was very disappointing. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from your establishment in the future.
I can't even begin to express the disappointment I have with this purchase. I specifically ordered from this site because of the shipping time and I was lied to and on top of that, ensured I would get an update each time I reached out but instead had to initiate conversation myself again each time with never getting a real update. I was told this item was shipped out last week and am now also getting an email asking for a review and the product is STILL NOT HERE. I will never order from this site again.
Items come in blurry and about the cheapest products you can imagine. Blames the holiday season and begs you to accept 20% back for items that are literally garbage worthy condition. Then ask you pay shipping to return the item that is personalized so they can't reuse it and will throw it away anyway to deter your full refund. I'll be returning and notifying the bank of the scammer website this company is! Safe yourself the time, energy, and money. Do not purchase a THING from here.
Never received order, emailed customer service, they made excuses and asked for more time. Correspondence was in broken english. Seems like a scam company.

I was disappointed on how cheap my custom garden sign was. It is poorly printed on paper thin wood with not even a real frame around it. There's no hanging device attached so you can't even hang it up. Don't recommend and would never order again :( I definitely feel I way over paid for what I got.
Bad quality, cheaply made and definitely not worth the $. The return policy is crap and they only allow you to mail it back to them at your own cost or accept a 15% refund. Total bs!

I received my item later than I needed it. I emailed them and they explained there were a lot of orders, and they were trying to get them processed as quickly as they could. I understand it was Christmas time. I received it and it is very nice and was able to give it to the person.
Shipping took forever and when it arrive the corner was chipped off. It looks incredibly cheap as well.
