Not very satisfied

I was so excited to order from here for Mother's Day, and honestly, I was very disappointed. Firstly, I paid for express shipping (advertised as 2-3 days), which took about 2 weeks to arrive. Secondly, the product itself did not look like it did in the advertised pictures. From the pictures, it looked like the roses were real preserved roses, but they were made of foam and most of them were falling apart. Thirdly, the frame itself was defective from the back. The piece that made it stand was loose and the frame kept falling over when we would put the stand out.

Terrible service

I paid for 5-8 days shipping. The gift was for Mother's Day and it arrived over a month later. Item was not as pictured, terrible quality. I asked for a refund multiple times and no response.
